Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for non-profit organizations in both children's social services and mental health. These positions allowed me to work in the community with individuals as well as in their homes and have well-prepared me to be a knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. I hope to partner with people to support them in being their own person, as well a support the ideas they have.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am the kind of person who supports any and all ideas someone has. I am also the kind of person who will help someone outline what they need to do and help them figure out how to achieve it.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I like that I get to continue to work with individuals and support them in being their own person.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have experience working with individuals face to face to help them overcome their own struggles.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I spend most of my free time with my husband and our son. We try to provide him with experiences that help him grow and develop.
