Helping others has always been rewarding to me, and I want to learn about your life and goals, so we can create a customized plan with measurable steps. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and taking care of my plants. I also really enjoy movies, either at home or in the theatre.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Helping others has always been rewarding for me. I enjoy that I get to continue doing that by partnering with you in a program that is self-directed.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
As an Individual Placement and Support (IPS) Employment Specialist, I worked with individuals in a program that was voluntary. I assisted them with finding, securing and maintaining employment by learning their interests and building relationships with employers. The participants could choose how involved I was in the hiring process. I would assist with applications, attend interviews, and speak with managers if requested.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy going to the gym, reading, and taking care of my plants. I also really enjoy movies, either at home or in the theatre.
