When partnering with new participants I want to learn about you and what is important to you. What goals do you have and how can we partner to get you with the right supports reach them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people make the decisions and connections to live their best life as they want it.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
In my past experience of working with people in community and residential settings I have partnered with people to identify their goals and identify resources that can assist in meeting those goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I'm not working, I enjoy my farm and spending time with my husband & kids. Even if it means traveling to see them.
