How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I partner with people by learning about them and their goals to create an action plan they feel comfortable with to achieve. I work with them to identify services or supports available.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy working for a program that is self-directed care because it’s the path I would choose for myself and for my parents to assure we are in control of the services we need while living the life we want.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My previous employment prepared me to work with individuals who have medical diagnosis and/or developmental delays. I am knowledgeable in finding services and programs available for those I work with.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband and our two daughter's. I enjoy going on walks and attending family parties.
