My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is getting to know those I am partnering with as individuals. Everyone has a different story, and different goals, and deserves to be heard.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My well-rounded background as a caregiver for grandparents with dementia, combined with my experiencing caregiving in a nursing home, and providing dementia education and social work services for aging adults has well prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant.
