I partner with people to clear the path ahead by having them identify roadblocks and helping them find solutions. By giving them the power to choose and supporting individuals choices.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is building relationships with participants and helping them find solutions to live a more meaningful and autonomous life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience as an educator for students of all abilities and diverse populations. My experience working for a vocational rehabilitation counseling and placement agency as an assistant advisor has helped prepare me for this role as an IRIS consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy spending time outdoors at our cabin, spending time with family, cheering on my 3 children at their sporting events!
