Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a social services care manager for Wisconsin's Family Care program. I have enjoyed working with individuals with disabilities and the elderly population for over ten years. I also spent about a year working within TMG as a Consultant Services Support Specialist which vastly expanded my knowledge of the IRIS program and consultant role.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
When working with new participants I take an individualized approach, first discussing what they are hoping to achieve through the program and developing goals, and then discussing support and service options available to meet those goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
The most rewarding aspect of being an IRIS Consultant is helping participants realize their goals and set a path towards achieving them, whether it be getting a job, learning a new skill, or transitioning into an independent living setting.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working within the Wisconsin long term care waivers has prepared me to confidently provide education, resources, and share my knowledge with participants and their loved ones.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy hiking with my dogs, gardening, and ceramics.
