Prior to coming to TMG I worked as a Direct Support Professional in an independent living center for adults with developmental disabilities. My role included supporting my clients desires for employment and helping them find the right fit., supporting them in their choice to live independently with shopping, cooking, housekeeping, doctor appointments, social activities and connections, and maintaining a safe home environment for themselves. I also have experience as a private caregiver for the elderly.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My previous work with adults with disabilities and two of my own children having disabilities has paved the way for me to help others find their way in what can seem to be a confusing and complicated world.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love spending my free time with my 4 adult children first and foremost. I also enjoy cooking and experiencing really good food. Sun and fresh air are vital to my day and for my little friend/dog Willie.
