How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
My approach to partnering is listening, understanding, and observing. I want to listen to the needs of the participant, understand the cares that they need withing the program and continue to observe their progress and changes that the participant needs.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a IRIS Consultant is getting to know my participant and building health relationships with them. Building these relationships assist me in understand the cares and needs of the participant.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working as a social worker helped me with understand different backgrounds and cultures.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy playing with my dog Rocky, painting, reading books, and traveling.
