How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I work with people by learning about all of their wants and needs, and then I find options that could work for their situation and help them live their best life possible.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because I get to help people achieve the independent lifestyle that they want and deserve.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Before working for TMG, I worked for nearly 20 years placing people in jobs that best suited them. Four of those years were dedicated to placing people with disabilities in jobs in their chosen fields. I also worked with Family Care for almost a year, where I helped set up necessary services for the people using Family Care.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I have twins that keep me very busy. One of my children has disabilities, so I have been fortunate enough to have not just professional experience in working with people with disabilities, but also personal experience. We like to travel, play games, go to the park, swim listen to music and laugh. When I have time, I enjoy reading and music.
