How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I like to partner with people by providing them quality support so that they can live a self-directed life and find their place within their community.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy working as a TMG IRIS Consultant and helping the people I partner with thrive in a self-directed setting. This means that the people I partner with can remain as independent as possible and live where they choose.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I started working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in 2006 and became a Certified Hospice Palliative Nursing Assistant in 2008. I continued to work as a Certified Hospice Palliative Nursing Assistant while obtaining my bachelor’s degree in 2016. I then worked as a Hospice/Clinical Coordinator, where I continued to gain the work experience that lead me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, hiking and the outdoors with my family, friends and three spoiled dogs.
