What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
As someone with 20 years of experience in the health field, I strived to showcase the highest level of quality and professionalism with the people I partner with. Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Ascension Columbia St. Mary's as a patient provider navigator, liaison and senior interpreter. My proficiency in both the English and Russian has taught me to be able to accurately translate, interpret messages from the source language into target language without any additions to the message of the speaker. This close and direct work with people of all backgrounds has greatly prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Spending quality time with my family means a lot to me: taking after-dinner walks with our dog, reading together and especially laugh together
