How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I like to call and introduce myself to help create a partnership between me and my clients which allows us to trust each other and reach their goals, publicly or privately.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I find great joy in simply seeing a smile on people's face once we have accomplished something that was bothering them or hindering them from reaching their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I was a crisis worker for Milwaukee County for 10 years and that really helped prepared me for this current role that I'm in now, which allowed me to be more understanding and patient with people in general.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I really enjoy studying my Bible as a Pastor, spending time with my wife and sons, playing basketball.
