More About Me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnership reminds me that working together is a success. Being able to learn about you and your goals and values and applying them to an action plan that you choose. I will partner with you to help you identify what services and supports are available. I also provide guidance and resources on how to use your IRIS budget ways to receive the care and supports you need that will promote your goals along with your health and safety needs.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Partnership reminds me that working together is a success. Being able to learn about you and your goals and values and applying them to an action plan that you choose. I will partner with you to help you identify what services and supports are available. I also provide guidance and resources on how to use your IRIS budget ways to receive the care and supports you need that will promote your goals along with your health and safety needs.

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience in case management allows me partner with individuals in a way that helps promote health and safety in the least restrictive setting. I have learned the importance of listening, understanding, compassion, and being a resource. I believe everyone has the right to express how their health care needs should be met, and I'm here to help promote and guide participants to meet their goals.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I am a mother of a family of 6, which includes two children – Tamber 10, and Reegan, 3. Both are very active children in the community. My daughter has her own organization called Cuddle Responders, where she collects and donates stuffed animals to kids in emergencies. She is on a competitive dance team and participates in pageants. My son Reegan is a very active toddler with a large imagination. My husband of 5 years loves to take us on mini-vacations as often as possible. Our family wouldn't be the same without our border collie Trixie and our Quaker parrot Ollie. My family is always on the go, but we are creating memories along the way.
