More About Me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I think clearing the path ahead can feel daunting. That’s why I personally like to break things down into simpler, shorter achievable steps as we work our way down the path. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than ticking something of my list of what I need to accomplish! I think I can help you break the steps you need to take to reach your goals down to manageable pieces, and help you prioritize what steps you should take and when in order to make your goals attainable.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I like being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I truly believe that people are never done growing and learning. No matter who we are or what point we’re at in our lives, life is always changing, and we need to know how to adapt and prepare for those times. It’s very rewarding to me to help people put a plan in place to help others achieve their goal of living their best life!

What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
In the past, I have not only worked with people from all walks of life with varying disabilities and abilities, but I have also worked alongside my own family members when my dad suffered a severe stroke. Most people don't prepare for these kinds of things. However, as someone who has been I’ve been on both sides of that fence, I understand the struggle that comes along with these major life events, but also understand that there are solutions to every problem if we can be creative enough. I have helped parents to assist their children to become as independent as possible and have witnessed the pride these kids feel when they can see their own accomplishments and realize their goals.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my spare time, I first and foremost enjoy spending time with my family, and our pets! While I love getting outside, and walking, riding bikes, canoeing and fishing, I’m definitely not a die-hard fanatic. Although I do admire people who do these types of things competitively, I do these things for my own enrichment.
