How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I like transparency and accountability when it comes to partnering with new participants. My goal is to assist them in establishing goals and checking on their progress, it's the participant's job to fulfill and execute them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a consultant is setting up services for participants to stay in their homes.

I have several years of experience in case management roles throughout Milwaukee County in different roles.
