How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
The biggest thing I do when I partner with someone is to make sure I’m upfront and honest with them at all times. This allows us to build trust so that we can best work towards the person’s goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is that I get to work with the people I partner with on a day to day basis to help them reach their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
In the past, I worked in the social services field with different groups/type of people. This experience has prepared me to be a knowledgeable IRIS Consultant who’s excited to partner with you.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.
