How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I am a very calm and approachable individual. I am a problem solver and find solutions to problems. That is what I love to do – to fix things! I am also a people person! Please note, though, that I am severely allergic to animal dander and cats. Although I find animals beautiful, I cannot be around them. I work hard at everything that I do. I love to talk, communicate and find solutions. I always want to look at the positives in every situation and try to move on and forward and not dwell on the past or bad experiences.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know the people I partner with and helping them reach the goals that they set out for themselves. The more goals that they achieve, the more goals they can keep moving towards. This confirms to me that I am helping someone be a better them in their daily lives.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
The past experiences that prepared me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant are my experiences in the medical field, higher education and life in general. My top strengths are that I am a relating to and developer relationships with people. I find ways to relate to people and I can usually relate to anyone! I also am a developer and with that, I want to help develop people to help them be the best them, help them reach their goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I mainly spend time with my family and create memories. Family is everything to me. Your family also does not necessarily have to be the one you were born into, but the family that you create, which could include your spouse, children and friends. I am family-driven so all of my free time is spent with them making memories and traveling.
