Location & Experience

Other Experience:
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Care Coordinator for 4 years and a Health and Behavioral Associate for 2 years in Alaska serving a diverse population of all ages. As a Care Coordinator, I worked with children, youth, and elderly who are experiencing disabilities to develop a plan that includes the necessary services that will help them become independent in their home or community. As a Health & Behavioral Associate, I worked with children and young adults who are experiencing behavior issues to find the appropriate way to cope with their anxiety and to make appropriate choices on their everyday life. These different positions have given me the opportunity to work with two different kinds of people, but with the same outcome of being independent. These experiences have provided me with many skills on how to help others be a success or in their comfortable zone. I enjoy seeing people accomplishing goals and having a big smile on their face.
County/Region I'm Familiar with: Milwaukee

More About Me

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
To me, a partner means a support. I will learn about my partner and his or her goals and objectives that they would like to accomplish, then develop an action plan that they feel comfortable achieving. I will make sure to listen and help them use the IRIS budget wisely on the services they need. Also to maintain a professional relationship with them.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I like seeing people happy. Therefore, my favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is that I get to see people making the choices on the kind of services that will keep them happy in their home or community.
