I partner with people by serving as a guide and a resource to help them meet their goals/outcomes. I take the time to learn about the whole individual and build trust to provide the best assistance with making a plan for any possible barriers.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is learning and celebrating everyone's unique strengths. I learn something new from every person I come into contact with.

I have worked and lived in Walworth County for 10 years and have worked closely with a variety of local agencies, communities, and programs. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and spending as much time outside as possible when the weather is nice. I also like to travel to new places.
