Before TMG, I worked as a probation and parole officer for the Department of Corrections for two years working with a vast population of clients. Additionally, I worked as a Social Worker for BKA Versatility providing elderly care, assessments, case plans, and resources. Once I graduated college, I worked at La Casa as a Care Coordinator to juveniles.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
When partnering with new participants the approach I like to take in reaching their goal is, discussing and understanding the client's, wants and needs. After understanding the desired goal, I then provide the client with information, steps, and resources available to aid the client in achieving each individual goal.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
The most rewarding part of being an IRIS Consultant is helping people reach their goal and remaining independent while doing so. Knowing that I am here to help and support people is such a rewarding feeling.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working at the Department of Corrections as a Probation and Parole officer has allowed me the experience and knowledge to help aid individuals in setting goals and reaching them. My previous working experience has allowed me to become familiarized with resources in the community to better assist clients.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
During my free time I enjoy spending time with my children, family, friends, and traveling.
