Partnering to me means building relationships and learning whom ever I'm peered with. I first identify their needs and how to better assist them with the best information they need to efficiently self direct their own care.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
Being part of a team that does not only cater to the people we serve but also a team that is always available to assist each other as needed.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working in CBRF facilities has prepared me to compassionate, patient and accommodating. I keep an open mind knowing everyone is unique in their own way.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I workout, read books and enjoy fun time with my toddler.
