How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
When I first partner with new participants, I like to spend some time getting to know them and help them identify their needs. This helps me better understand the supports that will be the most helpful to them.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people self-direct their life and remain independent. Assisting people with reaching their goals is so fulfilling.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience working with survivors of domestic violence as well overseeing 30 employees has enable to me to work with people from all experiences and walks of life and help them identify needs and resources.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, gardening and planting flowers, playing sports and spending time with my family and my four children.
