Prior to coming to TMG, I was a social worker for our Wisconsin veterans at the Veterans Home in Chippewa Falls. Before that, I spent many years working in homes as a caregiver for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. I have become knowledgeable of many diagnoses such as dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and other physical, developmental, and mental health diagnoses.

To me, partnering means working collaboratively and proactively with you to help you empower yourself in making choices and living your best life. I will help you with resources and any guidance and support you need along the way, while encouraging you to self-direct your life and how you live it.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
As an IRIS consultant, I have an opportunity to meet so many amazing individuals. It is rewarding to see to see those individuals thrive in all they do, while knowing that I am using my professional and educational background to empower them with self-directing their life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past jobs in the healthcare and social services fields have helped me to gain a wealth of knowledge on working with individuals that have a wide range of needs, from developmental disabilities to the elderly. I am knowledgeable in everything from Medicare/Medicaid, to completing cognitive and mental health assessments, to developing and implementing personal plans of care.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I spend my free time camping in our popup camper in the warmer months and taking cabin trips all throughout the year. When I am not out adventuring, I love to catch up on my favorites tv shows, spend time with my pets and loved ones, and complete crafts and activities such as paint by numbers and diamond paintings.
