Prior to working at TMG I worked as a Mental health technician at Northwest transitions. This position gave me experience working with a diverse population and in helping them find community resources and housing to transition back on their own in the community. I also worked as a personal care worker for many years learning how to support aging adults and developmentally disabled individuals in their homes to help promote and continuing their independent lives.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
II think it all starts with listening and understanding the persons goals. Then identifying any potential road blocks and taking proactive steps to make sure that we can move forward together to try and accomplish their goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy getting to know peoples stories. Helping them to have the resources and community support that they need to live their best life is very rewarding.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I think that my years of experience working with diverse populations and helping them to remain independent and living the lives that they want have given me the skills and resources needed to be successful as an IRIS Consultant.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy crocheting and am on a bowling league in the winter months. During the summer I spend most of my free time enjoying the outdoors doing things like kayaking, golfing, traveling, fishing and playing with my dogs.
