I am able to actively listen to a person’s problems, concerns, and goals and work together to find solutions on how to meet and maintain these goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of working at TMG is my ability to assist people in making their own decisions in the program to help them reach their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I previously worked for Brown County Human Services for 12 years and have extensive knowledge of the Medicaid program for people who are aging and people with disabilities. In this role, I have partnered with agencies such as the Aging and Disability Center, the Social Security Administration and the Veterans Office.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Most of my free time is spent with my family and friends. My family loves to travel and spend weekends at our cottage. I also like camping, boating, and most anything outside.
