Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the FSET Program as a Case Manager through Maximus. I have been working with individuals by assisting them with gaining employment and/or trainings for the past 2 1/2 years. I was also a PHW for my parents for the last 8 years, so I have hands on experience with some of the services to be received with the IRIS Program.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering to me means learning about you and your goals, then making an action plan you feel comfortable with to achieve them. To accomplish this, I first identify the services or supports that are available to you now. I then partner with you to help secure the care and support necessary to reach those goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people self-direct their life and remain independent and to see people reach their goals!
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working at FSET as a Case Manager and as a PHW has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. This role has given me some very gratifying experiences partnering with people, identifying goals, and creating plans that help individuals live life on their terms.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching football, shopping and spending my time with my friends and family.
