Partnering to me means getting to know you and about your life, and what's important to you now and in your future. As we work towards creating a plan of services that support your life comfortably and safely. I will work with you to develop supports and services that fit your long term health and care needs as it may change and evolve over time.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting people where they are and building from there. To help someone feel comfortable, safe and productive is very rewarding to see individuals work towards reaching and sometimes exceeding their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working at Curative Care network with disabled individuals and having individuals in my family with special needs has prepared me for this role. I have a lot of patience and compassion for individuals. My current role has allowed me to partner with a wide variety of amazing individuals and has allowed me to help them create their plans and live a comfortable and fulfilling life.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I like reading books, cooking, baking, some sports and sometimes volunteer with seniors when time allows. I have one adult son and a very spoiled dog. She is a Yorkie poodle mix.
