Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 10 years at Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin in their Workforce Training Center. This has given me experience helping people find work within their community. In addition, I worked for My Choice Family Care, and the children's long-term waiver program, and have experience with long-term programming for both adults and children.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
I work closely with people, learning about who they are and their hopes and goals. We then partner to create a plan so they can live their most fulfilling life.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I enjoy working for TMG because I love seeing people make their own decisions about the care and services they receive. Being able to partner with someone as we find ways they can live more independently within their community is very rewarding.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have worked with adults and children with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and older adults. These experiences have helped me to be a better TMG IRIS Consultant for the people that I partner with.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading and traveling.
