The IRIS program - Wisconsin’s fully self-directed Medicaid waiver program - is used by more than 27,000 individuals with disabilities and older adults across all 72 counties in the state. People in IRIS choose the supports and services they need, as well as the service providers who supply those resources.
As an IRIS vendor, you become eligible to provide people in IRIS with the supports and services they need to remain safe, independent, and in the homes they choose. You can rest assured knowing that your services are IRIS-approved, and expand your reach by having your name listed in the public-facing ForwardHealth Provider Directory once you’ve applied on the portal.
You also will receive vendor training and ongoing support from both the Fiscal Employer Agent (FEA) and TMG to help you navigate the IRIS program. If you’d like to speak to someone from TMG to learn more about IRIS, email TMGVendorSupport@tmgwisconsin.com, and a member of our team will reach out to you within a few business days.
