As Wisconsin’s first IRIS Consultant Agency ,TMG partners locally with thousands of adults with disabilities and older adults statewide, empowering people to build meaningful lives in their communities. Since 2008, TMG has grown a team of nearly 900 experts that support people enrolled in the IRIS program in all 72 Wisconsin counties.

With full self-direction in the IRIS program, participants and their families choose supports and services for their IRIS plan that work best for them.
