Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Campbell Family Homes in Vernon County for 7 years. I started out at Campbell's as Residential Assistant and became the Lead 1:1 and Company Trainer. I spent my last year at Campbell's working in Supportive Home Care as a Care Coordinator. I also worked for Aptiv, as an Employment Specialist, Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board as the WIA Specialist, and Lutheran Social Services as a HUD Service Coordinator. I have an extensive history working with people with varied abilities.

What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is witnessing individuals achieve their goals through their own self direction, determination, and independence.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My experience and time with Campbell Family Homes, Aptiv, and LSS has allowed me to become a more compassionate and empathetic individual. I understand that we are all different, have our own challenges, and every person is capable of amazing things if we are empowered by the people around us.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. Cooking is my love language, so we have a lot of family gatherings. I also enjoy kayaking, swimming, and going on new adventures. I am a music lover, and we spend a lot of time at concerts as well. Music is a universal language.
