How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
The approach that I take when partnering with new participants is to ensure their needs are met and developing a bond using interpersonal skills. In order to help new participants reach their goals, I ensue that everything is complete on my end as far as answering all questions, providing resources, pointing participants in the right direction.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite aspect about being an IRIS Consultant is assisting people with their needs and helping them self-direct their pathway in life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My past experience that has helped me prepare for my current role is working with people in general. I have experience in helping identifying needs, creating care plans.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time I enjoy doing outdoor activities such as boating, snowmobiling, four wheeling, fishing, and hunting.
