Partnering with individuals to me means meeting them where they are at in the present moment. I recognize that they are in charge of their own path, and I am there to help them navigate the system to achieve their goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is partnering with participants to come up with solutions and work towards their specific goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My life experience has taught me to be compassionate and practice active listening. Everyone has a story to tell and I believe you can learn a lot about life through the individuals around us.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy reading and crocheting, as well as spending time with my boyfriend and pets. I also believe that dessert is one of life's greatest treasures.
