How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering to me means listening to individuals, building trust and a relationship with them. Working with them to understand their goals then developing a plan to reach those goals. Helping them advocate for themselves and live a full life.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is getting to know people and watching individuals reach their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have worked in group homes, assisted living and home health; I believe all of these roles have given me the knowledge and compassion to work with a variety of individuals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.
