I am interested in getting to know the people I partner with well to discover their interests, goals, and needs. I encourage self-advocacy and will provide information, tools, and resources that will allow individuals to make informed choices. I assist people to identify and clarify their goals and I partner with people by working creatively together to reach their goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant is building relationships and partnering with individuals to develop and achieve their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Prior to working for TMG, I worked in Family Care, Supported Employment and Child and Family Services.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gardening and swimming in Lake Superior.
