Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at the Center for Inclusive Transition, Education and Employment at UW-Milwaukee where I supported a program in Rock County to engage families and young people with disabilities to learn more about transitioning into adulthood. I have worked with individuals with a variety of disabilities in the community, at their jobs and in their homes for over 30 years and am very familiar with the many resources available.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
My approach to partnering with you is to first get to know you - your interests, strengths and challenges - and then working with you to develop a plan that works for you. Utilizing your strengths and the natural supports already available to you, together we can build a plan that will support you to reach your goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
As a new IRIS consultant, I am most excited to get to know the people I will support and learn how we can partner together to achieve their goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working with individuals in the community, at their jobs and in their homes in Dane County for over two decades, I've developed deep knowledge and connections with the many available resources for individuals to choose from for support. Additionally, my education in adult learning prepared me to support individuals as they navigate managing their supports to meet their goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I enjoy gardening, cooking, reading and playing with my two cats.
