To partner, I like to get to know you and your goals in order to help make a successful action plan to get to your goals. Together we would discuss and evaluate your current supports and services to see if there are ways to stretch or rearrange you current support services to support you better.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
I love to working with individuals, gaining a relationship and rapport, and supporting you be successful in your goals. It brings me joy to see the individuals I am working with being successful and and get the most out of life.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
I have been in the Human Services field as a case manager/social worker for over 13 years, working with a wide range of individuals, families, youth, kids, adults, and elderly with a wide range of needs and diagnosis. My past experience has provided me with the knowledge and understanding that listening and asking questions assists in supporting connecting the right services and supports to obtain your goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I enjoy listening to live music, camping, and being in nature. I like to paint, be crafty, and try to be a DIY-er. I love to travel and hope to travel more as my kids get older.
