Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for NJM Management Services, Inc. also known as Prevention Services Network for 10 years. PSN is a Family Resource Center in Kenosha County with a community-wide collaboration dedicated to strengthening families. I have been working with families helping them connect to beneficial resources and services on a voluntary basis.

How do you Partner with people to 'clear the path ahead'?
Partnering to me means building a rapport. Earning your trust. Getting to know your goals, issues, and/or concerns. Then creating a case plan of goals and discussing how we are going to achieve those goals. As a case manager, I would provide you with information on resources and services available to you and your family. I would assist in making referrals for services and advocate for you and your family if need be. I would be available to provide support until you feel comfortable in achieving your goals.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people! Helping people is in my nature. It is what I love to do. It brings me joy to see people self-direct their own life, remain independent, and reach their goals. It is the best part of my job!
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
Working in Human Services for 20 years has prepared me to be a compassionate and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. Whether it was with Professional Services Group or Prevention Services Network it has given me vast experience partnering with people, identifying goals, and creating plans that help individuals live life on their own terms.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends especially with my grandchildren they are my world.
