Being an IRIS Consultant, most rewarding aspects to see the positive impact to the community and help people to enhance their life by achieving personal goals.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My previous experience as a caregiver and then as office assistant and supervisor in Home Health Care Agency gave me a solid base of cognition of people and their diversity. It taught me to maintain effective relationship and communication abilities as well as cultural sensitivity to understand the individual life and provide support with their living needs.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
I love to spend my free time with my family by going to the parks, biking or swimming during the summer. In the winter we like tubing and skiing. I enjoy traveling with my family for leisure time. Also I have pets such as cat, birds and fishes that makes me busy and entertained.
