To me, partnering is about truly understanding your goals and working alongside you to create a plan that feels right for you. I start by exploring the services and supports you already have in place. Then, I work with you to secure the additional care and resources necessary to help you reach those goals. My role is to listen, learn, and collaborate with you, ensuring that we’re always focused on what will help you succeed.
What's your favorite thing about being an IRIS consultant?
My favorite part about being and TMG IC is helping individuals work towards and meet their goals. There’s something special about being part of their journey, whether it’s providing the right resources, offering support, or guiding them through challenges.
What past experience prepared you to become an IRIS Consultant?
My previous role taught me how to connect with people build trust, and collaborate on solutions that fit their needs. I learned to be adaptable, patient, and resourceful. My experience working within complex systems and navigating resources to support individuals will help me effectively connect participants with the care and services they need to reach their goals.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching my daughter play volleyball, and spending time with my family.
