Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with adults of all ages who have high behavioral and high medical needs. This experience has taught me how important it is to build a trusting relationship with the people I partner with, and as your IRIS Consultant, I am committed to communication with you that will allow us to continue meeting your needs and striving towards your goals. I am honored to partner with you and being able to help as much as I can. When I’m not working, I like exploring new places, hiking and running, as well as spending time with family and cooking and trying new restaurants.

Alice Bagdasarian
Prior to working with TMG, I had 15 years of experience working with older adults and individuals living with disabilities in several fields including transportation, medical adaptive equipment and personal care agencies. Therefore, I have significant experience working to help others find resources in their community. I enjoy working with TMG because as my father's caregiver, I understand the importance of independence and privacy. In my free time, I enjoy music, reading, traveling and cooking.

Alice Dolan
Observing the positive changes in people's lives through IRIS and knowing that we worked together to achieve those changes is my favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant. I want to help people recognize their own strengths and abilities and use their skills to make decisions in IRIS that will maintain or improve the quality of their lives. In my free times, I like to read thriller/adventure novels and spend time with my family.

Alice Kowalski
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a hospital as well as the county's department on aging. These experiences have provided me with a knowledge of resources in our community. I find my work rewarding because I get to partner with individuals and build relationships. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and playing games.

Allison Schmidt
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Racine County for seven years. I have extensive experience working with older adults and individuals with Alzheimer's in addition to working with adults with mental health issues, physical, and developmental disabilities and alcohol and other drug abuse (AODA) issues. I find my work rewarding because I get to empower others to be independent and achieve their goals. In my free time, I love to be creative and work on arts and crafts.

Amanda Manor
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Lutheran Social Services for six years. I have extensive experience in employment services and supporting people in their homes as a Supportive Home Care worker. I like working at TMG because I am a strong advocate of self-direction and I enjoy helping others create and achieve goals. In my free time, I lead two girl scout troops, teach Sunday school, play the piano, and garden.

Amanda Wood
Prior to working at TMG, I worked on a County level providing services and supports to various populations including youth, older adults, and individuals with disabilities. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people reach their full potential and find meaning in their lives. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, horseback riding, watching football, and doing crafts.

Amber Chambers
Prior to coming to TMG, I gained several years of experience helping people with disabilities gain employment in a rural community and also working in an inner city school assisting youth with disabilities. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to socialize with the people I partner with. In my free time I enjoy gardening, going to garage sales, exercising, socializing and being outdoors.

Amber Modesto
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Residential Treatment Center, Home Health Care, Assisted Living Homes, and Community-Based Residential Facilities. I also have experience with case management. I like working at TMG because I get to partner with individuals to help them live the most fulfilling life possible. In my free time, I am attending school to become a Registered Nurse.

Amber Nichols
Prior to working for TMG, I worked as a case manager with My Choice Family Care's Long Term Care Program and for Goodwill’s Supported Employment program. Therefore, I have a background in helping people in a long-term care program and connecting them with resources and job opportunities in their community. I enjoy working for TMG because I’m a big believer in self-directed care. I feel that it allows a person to remain independent and take control of their life and supports. It is very rewarding for me to be a part of that process. When I’m not working, I’m an avid reader and enjoy seeing where my imagination can take me through books. I also enjoy spending time with my pets and taking them on long walks when the weather is nice. I have lived in Milwaukee my whole life, however, I enjoy exploring new places and emerging myself in the activities the area has to offer.

Amy Crawford
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in human services, long-term care, vocational services, homeless services and mental health support services. I am experienced in working with a variety of individuals and have a vast knowledge of community resources for financial, vocational, parental and care giving needs. I like working at TMG because I enjoy getting to know individuals so that I can help them create the life they want to live. My hobbies include watching NASCAR, dirt track racing, scrap booking and reading.

Amy Tegge
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for four years in group home settings, two years in nursing homes and five years as a case manager. Through these experiences, I have extensive knowledge working with individuals with disabilities and older adults I enjoy working for TMG because through being a TMG IRIS Consultant, I am able to assist people in finding ways to live their highest quality of life. This gives me a great sense of purpose in my own life, and I learn a lot from those I help. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing, teaching, practicing yoga, walking my dog, Charlie, camping, traveling, fishing, hiking, listening to music, cooking, trying different meals and spending time with my family and friends.

Andrea Briese
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked 10 years for an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities, therefore, I gained extensive knowledge in this area. I enjoy working for TMG because I am compassionate about helping others who not only want to improve their lives, but are also willing to find alternate ways to do that. I also love crunching numbers (that's the accountant in me!), and get to do this when planning budgets and entering plans all to create a better and happier lifestyle for someone. On my free time, I love going for walks with my dogs through the woods and on the beach, camping, tubing down the river, playing a game of kickball or Frisbee 500 or just lounging in sunny weather.

Andrea Haerter
Before working at TMG, I worked as a music teacher and often worked with children with special needs, along with their parents. These parents each had goal of wanting their child to participate and maintain inclusiveness in the class and performances with the other children. This provided me with the knowledge and experience of how to create a plan and work to use the resources around me to draw from the expertise of my colleagues to help successfully accomplish this goal. I enjoy working for TMG because I absolutely love the opportunity to get to know so many different people, as well as being able to directly help people achieve the goals they set. It is incredibly rewarding. Outside of work, I love playing volleyball, playing piano when I can find a minute or two, fishing and playing with my two dogs, Tesla, a black lab, and Harp, a Dachshund. I love them to pieces and they make me laugh every single day!

Angela Stearns
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in group home settings, clinical settings, as well as providing respite care. I was a Case Manager for six years, working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. In my role at TMG, I will work with individuals to assist them in choosing the appropriate services they will need to remain living in their homes and help get them connected to their community. In my free time, I like to spend time with my mother and my animals, camping, and enjoying nature by a campfire.

Angie Dover
Prior to TMG I was employed by a number of great organizations and gained experience working with youth, the homeless, incarcerated individuals, and those with alcohol and other drug abuse, and mental health concerns. My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is working directly with the individuals in IRIS. I enjoy getting to know people and their families. It's a pleasure to be a part of the self-direction process and help individuals both obtain and maintain their independence. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, exercising, fishing and spending time with family.

Anise Thrower
Prior to coming to TMG I worked as an Economic Support Specialist for five years conducting interviews with individuals of diverse populations. In my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant it is my desire to educate people on services, opportunities and options available to them to help them move forward in achieving their individual goals. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, shopping and participating in activities with my church.

Ann Holfeltz
To me, partnering means learning about you and your goals, then creating the path you feel comfortable with to reach them. I truly believe in self-directed care, because it's the path I would choose for myself. And, it allows for people to be more independent and strong. One thing I do very much pride myself on is the opportunity I was allowed to be the guardian for a beautiful women who is now living a fabulous life in her 60's while having Down syndrome. I truly enjoy the conversations that lead to learning together. In my free time, I enjoy time with my children and seeing the wonders of their self-discovery.

Ann Langer
I have experience working with children with severe emotional and development disorders, individuals on the Children's Waiver and adults with mental health disorders. I have skills in transition planning, and have knowledge of various diagnoses and treatments. I enjoy working with TMG because I have the opportunity to embrace diversity and learn about different cultural practices with the people I serve. In my free time, I enjoy flower gardening and going to the Bristol Renaissance Faire.

Ann Oven
Before working for TMG, I worked for the Waukesha County Economic Support Division and the Aging and Disability Resource Center, therefore, I have experience directing people through the Medicaid and Medicare systems. I am happy to work for TMG because they allow me to live out my motto, "There is no such thing as impossible", only, how do we get there. In my free time, I enjoy being with my family and being active in my church and global missions.

Antionette Parish
Before working at TMG, I spent three years working in the Long-Term Care unit at Milwaukee Enrollment Center. During that time, I collaborated with the individuals with disabilities and older adults to determine eligibility for IRIS, Partnership, Family Care, Community Care, and other waiver programs. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others determine what supports they need and how they want to live their life. In my free time, I exercise, attend sporting events, and take trips with my family.

Ashley Johnson
Prior to working for TMG, I worked in Brown County with people who were aging, visually impaired, and had disabilities for eight years. This helped me understand the importance of programs like IRIS and gave me a better perspective of how self-direction creates more opportunities in individual’s lives. I enjoy working for TMG because I love seeing people make their own decisions about the care and services they receive which enables them to live an independent lifestyle. When I’m not working, I enjoy being active outside, camping, fishing and motorcycle rides. I love watching the Green Bay Packers. Spending time with my family and friends is also very important to me.

Ashley Peterson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Department of Corrections and have experience working with incarcerated inmates. I also have experience working with individuals with autism and gained knowledge of Department of Workforce Development Vocational Rehabilitation services. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is building relationships with people and helping them to self-direct their supports. I spend all my free time with my nine-year-old son.

Ashley Walker
Prior to joining TMG, I spent many years working at an independent living center in Wisconsin. I am a firm believer in self-determination, and I love helping people self-direct their lives. As an IRIS Consultant, I will work with you in the place you’re at in your life right now, and partner with you to plan out how to achieve your goals. Outside of TMG, I enjoy spending time with my spouse and son on our hobby farm in rural Wisconsin. We enjoy the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and making time for friends and family.

Athena Bollig
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections for almost four years. I have extensive experience working with a diverse population, including those with mental health diagnoses, addictions, anger control issues, trauma backgrounds, and those with limited resources and social skills. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I love helping each individual clear the path ahead so that they can be the director of their own life. Outside of work, I’m passionate about learning! From studying different cultures, to cooking to yoga, I’m happiest when I’m expanding my knowledge and skill-set.

Barbara Carrick
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for nine years as a direct caregiver and manager of direct care programs for people with developmental disabilities. I also have experience working with older adults, most of which were under the care of hospice. I like working at TMG because I like witnessing self-direction in action. I am a United States Pony Club volunteer and spend most of my free time with my horses and family.

Becky Deal
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for 13 years at Homes for Independent Living. I have experience working with a wide variety of people and settings. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping each individual get the tools they need to achieve a self-directed life. I also truly enjoy taking the time to get to know each participant as an individual with unique goals. Outside of TMG, I enjoy spending time with my family – we especially love to swim together. I also am a book lover – ask me for some recommendations!

Becky Douglas
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a nursing home setting for several years as well as for a partnership program. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people remain in the setting that is most comfortable for them and keeps them as independent as possible. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, hanging out with friends around the campfire, playing with my dogs and cats, and raising chickens.

Becky Martin
Prior to joining TMG, I spent over 20 years working in the human services/social work field. This includes working as a family care manager and placement team specialist in various long-term care settings. I’m excited to share my knowledge and passion with the people I support as an IRIS Consultant. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, digging in the garden, reading, cheering on the Packers, and just enjoying nature.

Becky Siebers
I have worked with older adults, people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and people with physical disabilities in various long-term care programs for 10 years prior to working with TMG. The most rewarding thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people learn how to self-direct their own care needs by allowing them to find their self-confidence. My hobbies include camping, bike riding, reading, and watching my three children grow.

Bee Yang
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Eau Claire County Department of Human Services for six years, giving me extensive experience working with people from all walks of life. I enjoy working at TMG because I get to help individuals live the life they have always wanted for themselves. I love to travel during my free time, as it gives me the opportunity to experience new cultures, meet new people and learn new things.

Billie Hellen
I encourage self-advocacy and will provide information, tools, and resources that will allow individuals to make informed choices. I assist people to identify and clarify their goals and I partner with people by working creatively together with them to reach their goals. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to promote the right to self-determination. I have experience working with Family Care, supported employment, individuals with mental illness, issues with alcohol and other drugs, those affected by domestic violence, and Child and Family Services.I enjoy spending time with family, thrift store shopping, and swimming in Lake Superior.

Bonnie Gomez
Before coming to TMG, I worked for almost 10 years specializing in assisting those with behavioral health issues, people who were homeless and older adults and issuing state benefits such as Medicaid, Foodshare and Child Care. I enjoy working for TMG because programs like this are very close to my heart. I had an uncle who had severe cerebral palsey leaving him unable to walk or talk, requiring assistance for his most basic needs. My mother took care of him in her home and the IRIS Program enabled her to do this. After I saw how much this program impacted my family, I knew that I wanted to help others with this program. As well as seeing this program benefit my immediate family, I am also a cancer survivor so that experience has blessed me to realize how important life really is and that it should be lived to the fullest possible. Outside of work, I enjoy being with my family, spending as much time outside in warm weather as possible and learning about healthy eating and living.

Bonnie Jussila
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Lutheran Social Services as a case manager for over seven years. I have experience working with people to get them the resources they need to secure their health and safety. I enjoy working at TMG because I like helping individuals get the supports they need to stay in their homes. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, riding ATVs, remodeling my home and walking my dogs.

Bregetta Wilson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for an Independent Living program that supported youth and young adults who were in foster care or aged out. This experience allowed me to support an individuals' transition plan to independence and continue to mentor those in the community who are in need of permanent relationships. I also worked as a Community Health Navigator for a hospital where I connected with families in the Milwaukee Community by providing them the needed resources. I worked with Milwaukee public schools, governmental agencies and various grassroots organizations in order to build community. I enjoy working for TMG because I believe relationships allow someone to grow into the individual that they are over time. Experiencing, growing, breaking barriers, being supported and reaching goals all make up the relationships that allow for a participant to learn. Outside of work, spending time with my teenage daughter, eight-year-old daughter and seven-year-old son is an everyday pleasure of mine. I enjoy spending time with my family while going to Bucks games and attending community events. I also like traveling, running, going to comedy shows and collecting crystals.

Brenda Niles
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), childcare provider, licensed Foster Parent, Direct Support Provider, Adult Family Home Manager, and Group Home Manager. I have professional and personal experience working with individuals with cognitive and physical challenges as well as older adults. Iím also familiar with many types of adaptive equipment. The most enjoyable part of my job as a TMG IRIS Consultant is talking with people participating in the IRIS Program and helping them problem solve. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, reading, camping, and gardening.

Brenna Gwiazdon
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Innovative Services, a non-profit organization providing services to people with disabilities, for eight years. During my time at Innovative Services, I worked as a program manager at one of the group homes, as well as a direct care staff member. I have worked with many people with various diagnoses. I have also worked as a case manager at Brown County in their long term care division. I worked with various providers, helped people with fiscal agent packages, created service plans and helped people with Medicare and Medicaid. I feel that my time at both the provider level and case manager level has given me a unique perspective and has better prepared me to be an effective partner for the IRIS participants. When I'm not working, I enjoy being outdoors with my two boys playing football, baseball and hiking. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my friends and family who are very important to me.

Brianne Burke
Prior to becoming a TMG IRIS Consultant, I assisted people with disabilities in a variety of settings from institutional to employment. Because of my previous jobs, I have ten years of experience working with people with autism. With TMG, I partner with people to ôclear the path aheadö by letting the person come up with the game plan; I provide support and encouragement to empower them. My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is empowering people to live their life the way they want to. I enjoy helping people reach their goals and seeing them succeed in all areas of their life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and children, reading, exercising, and learning new things.

Bridget Karl
In partnering with people in the IRIS program to clear the path ahead I change the world for each individual person by helping them. I do this by being an active listener and providing a high standard of care and consideration to every person I partner with. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being a partner to help people live self-fulfilling lives and remain in their homes and communities. In my free time I enjoy being outside hiking, biking and canoeing. I love all types of travel, seeing new places and meeting new people.

Byron Goltz
My education background, my experience as a Guardian ad Litem and as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician have given me a great foundation as an IRIS Consultant. I enjoy working at TMG and learning about people and their goals, then partnering with them to create an action plan to achieve those goals. I also enjoy seeing the progress the individuals I partner with make towards living as independently as possible, while getting the help they need to do so. In my free time I enjoy road trips, collecting antiques and spending time with my wife, children and grandchildren.

Cameron Coleman-Whiteside
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the Department of Human as a Family Service Worker/Case Manager/Investigator for four years. These various positions have helped me become a multifaceted professional well-versed in analyzing situations, assessing risks, researching issues, and interpreting and applying a myriad of regulations, standards and best practices. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting so many new people and helping them live the best life that they can on their own terms. My hobbies include swimming, reading books and watching a great movie.

Candace Lewis-Parks
Prior to joining TMG, I spent 10 years as a special education teacher. This experience helped develop my passion for sharing knowledge and partnering with people. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I will work along side you as you reach your personal goals. When I’m not at work, I love volunteering for the Special Olympics, skate boarding, and coaching cheerleading.

Carla Schultz
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for over eight years in a Social Security Disability/ Supplemental Security Income Advocacy program for a non-profit agency in Milwaukee. I have experience with employment services, the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and working with individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping individuals control their life and manage their care through self-direction. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, traveling, taking road trips and going to church.

Carolyn Larson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Community Health Partnership for 15 years. I have extensive experience working with older adults and adults with physical and developmental disabilities. I like working at TMG because I believe in the power of self-direction and self-determination. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like walking, biking, yard work and traveling.

Carrie Witt
Prior to coming to TMG, I gained extensive experience with assistive technology, including programming communication devices and adapting computers. This experience allows me to assist people and help create independence. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I really enjoy meeting new people and feel empowered when I can help someone feel accomplished. In my free time I like to watch my children participate in extra-curricular activities, play and watch sports, and spend time with family.

Cassie Schoba
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Racine County Human Services and helped people who were under guardianships and protective placements. I have extensive experience working with older adults. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to meet new people and helping them self-direct their care. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family and friends.

Catherine Voight
I have over 20 years of experience as a teacher for students with cognitive, emotional and learning disabilities. During that time, I gained experience assisting individuals with transition from high school to adult employment, day services and long-term care programs. The most enjoyable part of my job is meeting the individuals I partner with and helping them create a meaningful plan. I am an avid newspaper person, and must have my paper and coffee to start each day.

Cathryn Scott
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Independent Living Resources (ILR) for ​9 1/2 years . I am also certified as an Assistive Technology Professional (ATP). I also have extensive experience providing home safety/modification assessments. I have strong knowledge of Wisconsin's long-term care programs (Family Care and IRIS) and have basic knowledge of SSI and SSDI benefits. When I'm not working, you will find me outside, gardening or taking pictures of nature with my cat.

Celina Honzelka
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Homes for Independent Living for 10 years and have extensive experience with community resources, adaptive equipment, and vendors. I also have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health issues. I like working with TMG because I love partnering with individuals in the IRIS Program to set and obtain goals. In my free time, I love doing adventurous things with my family like jet skiing, zip lining, and traveling.

Chad Kittelson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a direct caregiver at several Adult Family Homes and as a job developer. I have extensive experience assisting adults with cognitive disabilities in their homes, communities and employment settings. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing the joy and fulfillment people feel when they accomplish their goals. My hobbies include hiking, canoeing, camping and fly-fishing for smallmouth bass.

Charrise Jack
My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the special and unique people I help and building a great relationship with them. The people in the IRIS program are caring, sincere and most of all they want to be self-sufficient. In my free time I look for community resources that might help my participants. I also like to take walks, bake and watch sports.

Chelsea Hajdu
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a group home. I have extensive experience working with adults with various mental and physical disabilities. I like working with TMG because I enjoy connecting with individuals on a personal basis and building relationships. I love anything and everything about music and in my free time, I enjoy playing my guitar and recording music.

Chelsey Lindenberg
My past experience working for the Department of Human Services and being a Patient Advocate has really prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. In my role at TMG, I like to learn about people's goals and plans, and work with each individual to accomplish them. I am outgoing and persistent and truly enjoy thinking outside the box. In my free time, I enjoy being outside with my family. We enjoy going to parks and riding bikes as much as we can.

Cheri Geraci
Prior to working with TMG, I was employed with the Milwaukee County Department on Aging in the Mental Health Unit assisting individuals with mental health issues to remain in their homes and community. In my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant I enjoy working together as a team to figure out what services or assistance you may need and implement these services so that there are not barriers in moving forward. I enjoy looking ahead with you in attaining what you want in life, but also looking back to see how you have come. In my free time I love spending time with my two boys and my husband, doing anything from bike riding, to playing baseball.

Chris Mayou
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with schools, students and their families to provide information, resources and direct support pertaining to Special Education and other disability areas. In my role at TMG I partner with the people I serve. I listen to them so that I can learn about them and their life goals. Together we explore options and develop a plan to achieve their goals. I believe in self-direction and the opportunity it provides people in IRIS to choose what is important in their lives. In my free time I enjoy being outdoors, especially golfing, boating and walking. I hope to hike the Grand Canyon someday.

Chris Miller
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in Skilled Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Homes and did case management for a Private Care Management company. I have extensive experience working with older adults. I like working with TMG because I get to partner with individuals participating in the IRIS Program to solve problems and make life a bit easier. In my free time, I'm addicted to farmers markets and enjoy taking long walks.

Christin Grimes
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at the Wisconsin Veterans Assistance Foundation/Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs, the Career Development Center and Clark County Health Care Center. I have experience working with a variety of individuals to help them achieve their goals for employment, education and housing. I find my work rewarding because I get to partner with the individuals in the IRIS program to create unique care plans. In my free time, I like to volunteer with my therapy dog at local elementary schools, and hosptials. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter.

Christina Jankowski
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a rehabilitation facility as well as a company that managed Community-Based Residential Facilities for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. I went on to open my own business providing supports to individuals with disabilities to help them live and work in their community. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with individuals to accomplish goals and learn new skills. In my free time, I enjoy vegetable and flower gardening, kayaking, fishing, cake decorating, and volunteering at various community functions.

Prior to TMG, I gained 25 years of experience working with students who have special needs in the educational field. As a TMG IRIS Consultant I will be able help the individuals I partner with to focus on their dreams and goals and guide them to the path that they so choose. In my free time I enjoy camping and spending time with family and friends.

Cindy Dancer-Sadowski
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with the Centre for Accessible Environments and The Royal National Institute for Deaf People in London. Therefore, I have significant experience in a wide range of disabilities, specifically deafness. I enjoy working for TMG because I am a firm believer in self-directed care because it's the path I would choose for myself. It keeps the person using services in control of the things happening around them. In my free time, I enjoy pet-sitting, walking people's dogs, cooking for others and learning new recipes and healthy ways of adapting recipes.

Cindy Terrell
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Long-Term Care Specialist at the Kenosha County Aging and Disability Resource Center. I have experience with the community resources available to older adults and individuals with disabilities. I enjoy working at TMG because I have the opportunity to empower others and help them achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking, decorating, and volunteering.

Colleen Hennesy
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for 12 years as a Social Service Coordinator at the DuPage Convalescent Center in Wheaton, Illinois. Therefore, I have extensive experience working with adults with physical and intellectual disabilities and their families. I enjoy working with TMG because to me, partnering with people means learning about their stories, finding out what is most important to them and what their goals are. In my free time, I am involved with children's ministries at my church, I enjoy gardening, listening to audible books and traveling.

Cory Dorsey
For four years, I helped care for a friend with quadriplegia; everything from personal cares to social outings. This experience reiterated to me the importance of treating everyone with dignity and respect - no matter their ability or circumstance. To partner with a person I first take the time to truly listen so I can understand their desires, goals, passions and concerns. I love getting to know every person well and working with them to achieve meaningful goals. In my free time, I enjoy reading a wide variety of books. I also love animals, particularly dogs.

Crystal Hagan
Prior to TMG, I worked in day programs, sheltered workshops, job coaching, group homes and an adult family home. I enjoy working at TMG because I love getting to know the individual and their family and partnering with them to figure out the best way to reach their goals. I enjoy traveling around to different communities, reading books and spending time with my child and beagle.

Cynthia Coleman
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Milwaukee Health Department, a long-term and acute health care setting of various facilities and the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. Therefore, I have experience with individuals with physical and behavioral health concerns. I enjoy working for TMG because as a two-time stroke survivor and having a disability myself because of this, I have a unique perspective to day-to-day living and how you can create a life for yourself within your limitations if given the proper support. On my free time, I enjoy working out, sewing, volunteering for my congregation and cooking southern dishes for my 82-year-old father.

Danielle Vraa
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in health care as both a social worker and a direct care provider. This experience has given me a wealth of knowledge in how to find the resources that people need. As an IRIS Consultant, I will use these resources to help you reach your long-term goals. Building a great relationship with you and establishing the right plan for your needs is important to me, and I’m dedicated to making sure you have a wonderful experience in IRIS. Outside of work, I love reading and spending time with my child. We especially love traveling to the beach or hitting up a water or amusement park.

Darlene Garski
My previous experience as a Wisconsin Works case manager has prepared me for my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. This employment taught me to be an active listener and partner in allowing participants to live the lives they want. I believe that people are in charge of their futures and use this belief to help them achieve what they want out of their lives. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 5-year-old twins. We enjoy being in the outdoors, playing board games and doing arts and crafts.

Dawn Armstrong
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a hospice organization for two years. I also worked with foster children for 13 years, first as a Case Manager, and then as a Case Manager Supervisor. I want people participating in the IRIS Program to understand that I am their partner on this new and different journey. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to meet many new people and helping them to be able to be as successful in achieving and maintaining their outcomes, as well as being able to live as independently as possible. When I have free time, I like to spend time with my children.

Dawn Butzin
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at a day treatment facility for children and performed In-Home Counseling for families for nine years. I also worked in Income Maintenance for nearly seven years. I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because I like to help others be successful and make their own path in life. I love the Wisconsin seasons and, in my free time, I enjoy doing outdoor activities.

Dawn Yang
Prior to working with TMG, I worked with the Social Security Administration, the Wisconsin Works Program and as a non-attorney disability advocate. Therefore, I have experience working with individuals living with developmental and physical disabilities and older adults. I like working at TMG because I feel that it is rewarding to see people make decisions for themselves that will directly impact their quality of life. In my free time, I like to travel, meet new people and spend time with my family.

Deanna Kloster
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the Winged Victory Project where I helped people with mental health diagnosis with FoodShare, Medicaid, Medicare, health insurance and Social Security. Therefore, I have knowledge working with a variety of individuals including older adults and those living with disabilities. I like working for TMG because I get to use my knowledge and resources to allow individuals to lead the way down their own path. In my spare time, I enjoy running on the trails overlooking Lake Michigan, meditating, nature and meeting new people.

Debbi Peterson
I have spent over 20 years working in the social services field with people with a variety of disabilities, mental health issues, or physical problems. For 11 of those years, I also worked in the insurance industry and gained knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid benefits. I find my work rewarding because I get to work with incredible individuals participating in the IRIS Program, listen to their stories and learn from them. In my free time, I like to cook, read, go to movies, and play video games.

Debbie Olson
My biggest joy is when I see a person achieve something that they've worked hard at or wanted for a long time. Together we overcome obstacles, clearing a path so people can achieve their goals and dreams. I love being in nature, walking my dogs and cat and spending time with my grandson.

Debbie Woods-Cornelius
I have over 25 years of experience in the human services field including working with young adults, older adults, and individuals with physical and mental disabilities. In addition to my education and work experience, I have a family member who has a development disability and who has never been in a facility. This has allowed me to better understand the importance of self-direction and how important it is to be able to live in one's own home and community. In my free time I enjoy reading, listening to jazz, gospel, classical and R & B music, and going to live theater and jazz shows.

Deborah Schutte
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a Home Care agency and owned a business providing Personal and Supportive Home Care for older adults and persons with disabilities. I have extensive experience in caregiving, employment, dementia, and autism. I find my work rewarding because I get to individuals participating in the IRIS Program overcome obstacles and I feel blessed to be a part of that journey. In my free time, I love snowshoeing through the woods by my house.

Deborah Wald
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a county social worker. I have extensive experience with discharge planning, long-term care, short-term rehabilitation and helping individuals find community supports. I find my work rewarding because I get to partner with individuals to create a plan that will allow them to lead a fulfilling life. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family riding ATVs, fishing and sitting around campfires.

Debra Jeelani
My previous employment as a Crisis Worker gave me extensive experience working with diverse populations and individuals with mental illness. I find my work rewarding because I get to empower others to achieve goals and move toward independence. In my free time, I am a Girl Scout Troop Leader and spend a great deal of time outdoors.

Debra Lipscomb
I have worked with a variety of individuals in the community for many years and have a history of working in a nursing home, assisted living, as well as helping survivors of domestic violence and their families. I have also helped many find employment in the community as well as greater independence in their homes. I'm a big believer in self-directed care because it keeps the person using services in control of the things happening around them. In my free time I enjoy gardening, hiking with my dogs and bird watching.

Debra Parrent
By working cooperatively with individuals in the IRIS program, assisting them in working towards their goals and listening to what is important to them, we clear the path ahead. I most enjoy my time spent visiting with individuals in the IRIS program and seeing the positive effect self-direction has had on their lives. Early in my career, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a small nursing home and then as a Home Health Aide for Washington County Community Health Nursing working primarily with the frail elderly. It was that work that best prepared me to understanding the importance of people continuing to live in their own homes and having care provided by caregivers that they trust. I enjoy antiquing, upscaling and restoring furnishings and other home goods.

Denise Hall
Prior to TMG I worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant in skilled nursing facilities and at the Milwaukee Center for Independence. This experience gave me the opportunity work alongside people of various ages and disabilities. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is that I can assist people in reaching their goals. I understand the importance of taking the time to listen and treating each person with dignity and respect. In my free time I love watching my kids play sports and taking my dog, Rosie, for walks in the park.

Derrick Harris
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with a Wisconsin Works (W-2) agency for five years during which I gained a lot of experience working with individuals to help identify goals and develop personalized plans to achieve those goals. I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because I find it very rewarding to help and watch people reach their goals. When I am not working, you can find me enjoying some quiet time at home while watching a Sci-Fi movie or TV program. I also enjoy spending time with my 9-year-old godson who keeps me feeling youthful.

Don Murphy
Prior to working with TMG, I worked with individuals who had Alzheimer's, memory loss, emotional disturbances, cognitive delays and other developmental and physical disabilities. Therefore, I have vast knowledge working with individuals experiencing a variety of disabilities. I enjoy working with TMG because it allows me to assist others to live independently and choose their services and caregivers. In my free time, I enjoy being active in sports and participating in the local community choir.

Doris Lehman
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in long-term care, acute care, and home settings. I have experience in rehab nursing, dementia care, transition coordination, case management, cardiac nursing, counseling, and crisis and risk management. I like working at TMG because I enjoy connecting individuals to the resources available in the community so that they can achieve their goals. In my free time, I like to garden, knit crochet, sew, and make jewelry with my daughter.

Duy Zwiefelhofer
Prior to TMG I successfully managed case management services for refugees. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the social life. I like to interact with the person in IRIS and listen to their needs. I feel accomplishment when I am able to provide assistance to people. I will listen to your needs and partner with you to find resources to help you. I enjoy swimming, doing yoga, reading books, shopping and watching TV when I have free time.

Erica Andres
Prior to working with TMG, I worked for almost 10 years assisting people in moving out of institutionalized care and into their own apartments. Therefore, I have significant experience in hiring and managing caregivers. I enjoy working with TMG because, as an IRIS Participant myself, I understand the value of a partner who understands and helps to achieve goals. In my free time, I like to travel, try new restaurants, and attend musicals and plays.

Ericka Kettner
Before TMG, I worked as a line therapist for children with autism and their families. I also had the privilege of working as a Respite Camp Counselor through Easter Seals Wisconsin and a Care Provider for individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. My variety of experiences including my education and previous positions have given me hands on experience working with individuals with chronic mental health disorders to help build skills to overcome their mental health symptoms. Furthermore, working directly with individuals with varying needs and abilities has taught me to recognize and appreciate the gifts each individual has to offer. I enjoy working at TMG as I love being able to build a trusted working relationship with my partners as well as getting to know each individual and what makes them unique. In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my friends and family, especially my two nieces and nephew. Some of my favorite things in life include a hot cup of coffee, a hike through a state park, exploring new areas, a weekend at the cabin, being near water on a beach or boat, and playing a board or card game.

Erika Holmes
Before working with TMG, I worked for a Day Program as a LIFE Coach, therefore, I have experience helping people create day-by-day steps to make goals feel more achievable. I enjoy working with TMG because working with different people to identify their goals and establish strategies to meet these goals helps me see the strengths and challenges of many different situations. Outside of work, I enjoy crafting, sewing, hiking, and playing on my local recreation club kickball team.

Erin Craker
Prior to working for TMG, I have worked for a wide variety of social work agencies gaining experience and knowledge in mental health, substance abuse issues and coordination of care. Being a TMG IRIS Consultant allows me to be a partner with you and assist you in reaching your goals and dreams. I cannot think of a more fulfilling career than being a part of someone accomplishing their goals through their own self-direction. My family is the most important thing to me. Together we love to fish, hunt, walk through the woods, and camp in Northern Wisconsin.

Erin Novak
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a community living specialist for Lutheran Social Services and as a recruiting and retention coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care. I have experience training caregivers and working with adults with developmental and physical disabilities. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping others create a plan so that they can remain as independent as possible. In my free time, I enjoy baking, playing cards, bargain shopping and cooking.

Erin O'Brien
Prior to working at TMG, I worked in a variety of community and residential settings throughout Milwaukee County. During this time, I have learned of many resources that are available to individuals within their community. My goal in partnering with people is to build a long and trusting relationship through listening and collaborating with one another. I will help make sure you feel that your voice is heard and make sure you have access to all necessary resources. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, my friends and my family. I also love visiting my parents in Arizona.

Faye Kufahl
Prior to working for TMG, I had personal experience caring for my mother, father, and sister until they were deceased. I also worked with the State of Wisconsin as a licensed Social Worker, working with a variety of individuals. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others achieve things they never thought possible. In my free time, I enjoy nature and spending time with family and friends.

Glenn Reinle
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at a summer camp for kids, ran a community based residential facility for adults, worked as a case manager and supervised a day program for adults. I have extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities to create and achieve goals. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping and advising others as they work towards their goals. In my free time, I work out at the gym, compete in triathlons, hike, camp and work on my Spanish speaking skills.

Hannah Fuss
My previous experience has allowed me the opportunity to have a better understanding of what a day might be like for a person with a disability. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people, learning about each unique individual and what their specific goals are. I assist them in becoming familiar with self-direction by providing them with the steps to take and helping them take control and learn to navigate the system. My hobbies include visiting family, cooking and gardening.

Heather Brede
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for Community Care in the Family Care and Partnership programs which provided me with knowledge and understanding of setting up care plans and working within a budget to make sure that individuals have the services they need in their home to be successful. I like working for TMG because I have a personal connection that makes me proud of the work TMG does. My husband and I have been residing with my father since 2011. My father was in a car accident in 2003 and broke his neck which left him with quadriplegia. With this experience I have a greater understanding of the importance for individuals to retain as much independence in their homes and the community as possible. When I'm not working, I enjoy going fishing, doing charters on Lake Michigan, going on motorcycle rides and spending time with family and friends.

Heather Pardi
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in management of Assisted Living facilities for six years. I have experience with Community-Based Residential Facilities and all target groups. I enjoy working with TMG because I have the opportunity to partner with individuals in the IRIS Program to come up with solutions and work through obstacles. In my free time, I enjoy playing in volleyball leagues and remodeling my home with my husband.

Heather Ryan
Prior to working for TMG, I spent 17 years working in adult family homes, supported apartments and as a daily living skills specialist. Therefore, I have extensive experience working with people living with developmental and physical disabilities, dual diagnosis and older adults. I enjoy working for TMG because having worked for so many years with individuals living with disabilities and having a younger brother with a disability, I am very familiar with the service, supports and programs within the community and enjoy helping others navigate these resources. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, renovating my home and being outdoors connecting with nature.

Heather Zielinski
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Dementia Care Specialist through the Aging and Disability Resource Center. While working in this position, I received training and education on mental health and memory disorders from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being a part of the planning process and watching the individuals I partner with in the IRIS Program thrive. In my free time, I volunteer at my church leading Children's Ministry and a Family Life Group.

Heidi Burden
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the county's Human Services department and as a Social Worker Assistant in a Skilled Nursing facility. I also have personal experience with individuals with high-functioning Autism as my daughter was diagnosed at the age of eight. I like working at TMG because I enjoy meeting new people and helping them to be successful in their daily lives. In my free time, I like to go to movies, concerts, and craft fairs.

Heidi Sholund
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Job Developer, contracted with the State of WI-Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, assisting people with varying disabilities in meeting their employment goals. I was also a Certified Nursing Assistant for 10 years working with the elderly, people with severe and persistent mental illnesses and those with disabilities. Through these experiences, I gained extensive experience with student youth and their families navigating through school transition planning and IEPs. I like working for TMG because I am able to be agile in order to assist those with meeting their needs. It is an amazing opportunity to witness people reach their goals and to see all of the other progress that they have made along the way. I also enjoy being able to meet with people and their families in their home as this allows me to see them in their own environment and furthers my understanding of how I can assist them in meeting their goals. When I'm not at work, I enjoy refinishing and/or repurposing antique furniture. I also love to tend to my vegetable garden, read, kayak and get outside as much as possible. My family and friends are very important to me as well, and any activity with them included is always appreciated and enjoyed.

Helen Ludwig
I enjoy learning about the things that are important to you and then helping you make those things, your goals, happen. I will help you come up with a plan that is both safe and includes the things you have told me are important to you. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. I enjoy working in the flower garden. I have just recently started taking an interest in vegetable gardening as well.

Holly Szekely
I have nearly 25 years of experience in the long-term care field, particularly working with children who have autism as well as working with Medicaid programs for people who are aging, have visual impairements, or who have physical disabilities. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I love listening to your story so that I can help you come up with a plan that helps you reach for your dreams. I am passionate about helping you live an independent life that fits your needs. When I’m not on the job, you can find me bonding with my family over football, whipping up tasty baked-goods, or shopping at my favorite stores.

Jack Longert
I am currently a practicing Private Attorney maintaining a part-time solo practice focusing on government benefits, disability issues and foreclosure defense. Prior to coming to TMG, I managed the Madison Men's Drop In Shelter and a Special Needs Trust Program and have extensive experience working with people in poverty and individuals with disabilities. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others achieve their goals and remain in their homes. In my free time, I like to exercise, camp, attend plays, volunteer and listen to the radio.

Jamila Washington
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Milwaukee Enrollment Services (DHS) for close to three years; therefore I have knowledge on multiple state benefits as well as experience in working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is building relationships with those in the community and providing exceptional customer service and assisting those I partner with in making the best decision that will improve their lives. In my free time I like to spend time with my family and I also love to read.

Jan Moravits
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with the Grant County Department of Social Services for almost 25 years. I have extensive experience with Adult Protective Services, guardianships, and helping people remain in their own homes. I enjoy working with TMG because I'm able to use my knowledge and experience to help others overcome barriers and meet their goals. In my free time, I enjoy scrapbooking, reading, and genealogy.

Janice Klopstein
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Nursing Assistant, Work Services Coordinator, Houseparent and In-Home Caregiver, therefore I have a unique understanding of people with disabilities and older adults. I enjoy working for TMG because I enjoy partnering with others to ensure their health and safety needs are being met, as well as offering assistance when needed to help someone meet their goals. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, baking, bike riding, reading, going for long walks, playing Sudoku and games on the computer.

Jason Olinski
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with older adults for over 15 years as a caregiver and activities professional. I have experience with memory care and age-related diseases. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping others maintain their independence and individuality. In my free time, I am an avid reader and enjoy reading science fiction and World War I history.

Jay Hinson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the social services field for 20 years and have experience working with at-risk youth, developmentally disabled and the elderly. I find my work rewarding because I get to help individuals participating in the IRIS Program set and achieve their personal goals. In my free time, I enjoy attending sporting events and listening to music.

Jazette Anderson
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent time working as a Family Care Case Manager, working with children who have been diagnosed with autism. I also have worked with at-risk youth. This experience has shaped me to be an attentive TMG IRIS Consultant who will work hard to help you reach the goals that you choose to pursue. When I’m not working, I try to find time to go on a great trip and explore new places!

Jean Opitz
My number one goal in my personal and professional life is to help people. Being a TMG IRIS consultant allows me to fulfill that in my life. There are individuals that I have partnered with for years and have been able to watch them grow and change and assist them with any needs they have along the way. I have a 22-year-old son with Autism that is my entire world. I have worked through the school system from Early Childhood to Transition Services. In my free time, I love to hike and see the world, and have been fortunate enough to have traveled to 23 countries on 5 continents.

Jeanette Schermann
My years of volunteering in various roles, my education, and my work experiences have all combined to make me a good fit with the TMG IRIS Consultant Agency. I have always known that all people have unique contributions to offer the world. I enjoy service to others, particularly when my role is a partner to bridge information gaps. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and hunting.

Jeanne Klemp
Prior to coming to TMG, I was employed by two organizations providing vocational services to adults with developmental disabilities. I also have extensive experience with obtaining community employment for adults with disabilities. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I like meeting new people, listening to them and thinking outside the box in regards to services that they may need. In my free time I like to camp and spend time with my husband and children.

Jeannie Jones
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a director in a community based residential facility and a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin. I am also a mother to a daughter with Autism so I have a wide-range of knowledge of services and programs catered to individuals with disabilities. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping individuals envision a plan that will best fit their needs. In my free time, I love to read, spend time with my family and watch football.

Jeffrey Washkuhn
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a Community Based Residential Facility and managed programs for criminal and sexual offenders. I have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, chronic multi-symptom illness, traumatic brain injuries, and alcohol and other drug abuse issues. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others overcome challenges to build a better future. My hobbies include woodworking, hunting, fishing, gardening, and dog training.

Jen Foran
Listening to people discuss their strengths and providing resources along with encouragement to help them achieve their goals, I believe, is the most important thing I do. I think I possess a multifaceted perspective that encompasses both sides of long-term care. I have had to be the decision maker and caregiver, and I bring that understanding to the work I do. I love listening to music, going to concerts, traveling and spending time with my family and friends.

Jena Sanford
Prior to working for TMG I worked for Milwaukee County Children's Long Term Support Waiver. This position prepared me for working with adults with disabilities. In my role at TMG, building relationships with people in the IRIS program and being a part of helping them achieve their goals is my favorite part of my job. I take great pleasure in listening to the stories and experiences in life of people in the IRIS program. In my free time I love spending time with my family and friends and also enjoy reading and baking.

Jennifer Beyer
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in skilled nursing facilities, home care settings and a Residential Care Apartment Complex. I have experience working with the elderly and long-term care. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with individuals to get the supports they need to overcome barriers and achieve goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time at my family cabin on the lake.

Jennifer Coleman
I am here to listen to how you would like to live your life and then provide you with resources to help you achieve your goals. I love seeing people follow through and reach their goals that they set for themselves. Whether it's losing weight, meeting new people or finding a house of their own; I love it when people go after what they want and get it. My family and friends are very important to me and I enjoy spending my free time with them.

Jennifer Dal Santo
My past experience working with individuals with physical disabilities has allowed me to gain a wide variety of knowledge and resources to help in my role at TMG. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is watching people become the best they can be, every day. My goal when working with individuals is to provide enough information and assistance to allow them to lead a successful and fulfilling life. In my free time I enjoy gardening and watching the Milwaukee Brewers.

Jennifer Dustman
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a case manager and ran a Day Service Program and Prevocational Program for Adults with Disabilities. I have extensive experience helping youth in transition and working with vocational rehabilitation services. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is partnering with people to work on their goals. In my free time, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and attending activities at my church.

Jennifer Fournier
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with individuals and families in the WisconsinWorks (W-2) Program to help them find resources in the community. After that, I worked with at-risk youth and their families and have been in the human services field for over 12 years. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with individuals participating in the IRIS Program and their families and their families to learn about their dreams and goals. I am crafty and in my free time, I love to try new projects!

Jennifer Johnson
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for several years in a skilled nursing facility as a social services worker and many years in managed care organizations as a social services care manager. Therefore, I have extensive experience in long-term care. I enjoy working here because it makes me feel valuable to someone when I can partner with them to make their voice heard and together develop a plan that will help them live a meaningful life. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, painting and making jewelry.

Jennifer Nardone-Johnson
I enjoy meeting various people and learning about their life experiences as a TMG IRIS Consultant. Each person has something new to teach me and I like that my position allows me to learn new things daily. In my spare time, I enjoy time with my family. We like to be outdoors, experiencing nature and going camping.

Jennifer Siderits
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 20 years helping people find great jobs – four years of which I helped people with disabilities find work in their chosen fields. I also spent a year at Family Care helping members of the program get the resources they need. I’m excited to be an IRIS Consultant because I love helping people find ways to live independent, self-directed lives! When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my twins, traveling, swimming, visiting the park, and laughing! When I have extra time I enjoy reading and music.

Jennifer Tidwell
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Certified Nurse Aid, case manager and supervisor. Through working in nursing homes, adult day services, assisted living facilities and the Milwaukee Mental Health Division, I have gained experience providing individuals with resources to improve their lives. I find my work rewarding because I get to help individuals make the most out of life. In my free time, I take care of my four children and participate in community events.

Jennifer Van Schyndel
Prior to working at TMG, I worked for Lutheran Social Services in the Fox Valley, providing resources and advice to older adults and their families. I was also the Benefit Specialist for Outagamie County, providing advocacy and assistance in areas of Social Security, Medicare and Medicaid, and Consumer Protection. One of my favorite things about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with people participating in the IRIS Program to get involved in the community. In my free time, I like to go to farmer's markets and garden.

Jerianne Kvapil
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent many years working in the special education field. This experience – which included partnering with people who are hearing impaired, people with limited vision, and people who use assistive devices – has shaped me to be a caring and knowledgeable TMG IRIS Consultant. As your Consultant, I look forward to partnering with you to find ways to reach your goals. When I’m not at work, I love being outdoors, experiencing new cultures, and traveling!

Jessica Du Bois
Prior to working for TMG, I worked in a day program for adults with disabilities where I had the opportunity to work with both adults and seniors ranging from ages 18-60. During this time, I gained extensive knowledge on how to partner with individuals on how to become active in the community and identify what goals they had for gaining more independence. I enjoy working for TMG because I like being a resource to help individuals use their budget effectively and to help navigate the program, as well as to make sure that the services continue to meet the person's needs every step of the way to ensure a happy and full life. In my free time, I enjoy participating in the Milwaukee community events such as the outdoor music series and the ethnic festivals. I also enjoy hiking, spending time in the Northwoods and traveling.

Jessica Freeman
My ten years of work as a caregiver, supervisor and trainer in an Adult Family Home has given me valuable experience serving adults with development disabilities, physical disabilities, and older adults. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting new people and supporting them as they achieve their goals. In my free time, I love to entertain friends and family, cook, bake, and spend time outdoors.

Jessica Jones
Prior to working with TMG, I worked with Family Care and the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare, therefore, I have an extensive experience helping people find resources available to them. I like working with TMG because I can promote positive thinking and encourage the individuals I partner with to believe in themselves. In my free time, I love going on vacations and try to take at least one vacation a year.

Jessica Peltonen
The path that has led me to being a TMG IRIS Consultant started while working in long-term nursing home care. I was always passionate about independence, in whatever form. My goal has always been to maintain or improve independence to help create or maintain a beautiful quality of life in whatever setting. I'm passionate about our local communities and volunteer as the local Dementia Ambassador, youth softball coach, and high school cheerleading coach. I also enjoy being outdoors with my family.

Jessica Wager
Prior to coming to TMG, I practiced social work and provided case management, case coordination and teaming services for various populations including older adults, people with mental and physical disabilities, children, individuals with mental illnesses, and adults and children who are homeless. I enjoy working at TMG because I enjoy advocating for others and helping them to live independently. In my free time, I like to visit the lake with my husband and children.

Jirea Henderson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the state of Wisconsin for a food share employment training program helping people achieve their goals and gain employment. In my role at TMG I partner with people by listening to what their goals are and why they want to achieve those goals. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to see the progression of goals. In my free time I like to volunteer, go shopping and spend time with family.

Joanna Mendoza
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for five years with Homes for Independent Living as a group home manager. Therefore, I have experience working one-on-one with individuals and helping them attain their goals. I enjoy working for TMG because I find joy in listening to their stories and helping them design a plan that fits their wants and goals. While I'm not working, I love painting and spending time with my family and my two dogs.

Jocelyn Tranberg
As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I work hard at building relationship and trust with people I work with. I love building relationships with people in IRIS and their loved ones. My free time is spent with my family, I have a four-year old little girl named Evelyn who keeps me very busy. We enjoy spending time outside with our dog Emma.

Jodi Hansen
Prior to working at TMG, I spent the past 24 years working with Dane County, where I partnered with adults with intellectual disabilities, traumatic brain injuries, high medical needs and mental illness. This work allowed individuals to self-direct their supports, which makes my transition to IRIS a smooth one. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I look forward to getting to know you and learn about your goals so that we can best partner to achieve your dreams! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, two boys and our dog, as well as getting outdoors, watching football, camping and reading.

Joe Aguilar
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility for just under two years. Therefore I have gained experience with working with older adults and individuals with disabilities. I like working for TMG because I like building relationships with individuals, working together and coming up with solutions to help them reach their goals and live a self-directed life. Outside of work, I enjoying listening to music, working out, going on runs, catching up with my family and, because I'm a huge animal lover, hanging out with my dog.

John Fitzgerald
Prior to working at TMG, I worked with people of all ages as an aide, counselor, supervisor and teacher in various settings, including group homes, residential treatment facilities, psychiatric hospitals and supported employment. I also worked as a community educator/organizer in Milwaukee for ten years. I find my work rewarding because I get to provide the people I partner with in the IRIS Program with the support they need to make informed choices. My interests include small house projects, ice hockey, and reading.

John Mezydlo
Prior to coming to TMG in 2011, I suffered a spinal cord injury resulting in quadriplegia. Because of my own experience, I am very familiar with DVR, adaptive equipment for daily use or recreation, and various adaptive sports and events. I enjoy working for TMG because I live with a disability every day and embrace it! I find joy in showing others living with disabilities what resources are available to them that they may not have been aware of. On my free time, I enjoy playing wheelchair rugby for the Milwaukee Iron and am Vice President of a non-profit foundation that helps those with physical or developmental disabilities achieve their athletic dreams via applying for grant assistance.

John Ryan
Prior to working at TMG, I worked five years in a county human services department as both an Economic Support/Income maintenance case manager as well as a Social Worker. I also spent 25 years in workforce development. My favorite part of being an IRIS Consultant is meeting new people and then fostering and maintaining a working relationship with them. My hobbies include vegetable gardening, fishing and spending time outdoors.

Jon Rohr
Prior to coming to TMG I worked for a service provider in Green Bay for seven years. During that time I managed a supported apartment program and adult family homes. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is most definitely the people I work with. Helping a person's day-to-day life be a little better and a little fuller is why I am a consultant. I believe in empowering the individual to take the lead on their IRIS path. In my free time I enjoy working on computers, playing catch with my dog and spending time with family.

Jonnalee Pease
I approach each situation and person with an open mind and remember that everyone is different. Each person's needs are specific to them and I want them to be able to express their needs openly. Meeting new people and hearing about their background and the things they have learned along the way is my favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant. In my free time, I like to run, spend the outdoors and stay busy with my family.

Joy Biever
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a health care provider for over 20 years. I have experience providing care for people in home care, hospitals, nursing homes, and a cancer center. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others pass through obstacles to achieve their goals. In my free time, I love to spend time on the lake with my family and friends.

Joyce Pierson
Prior to TMG, my experience as a Home and Community Based Services Case Manager prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant. I helped individuals maintain their independence and locate services and supports. I enjoy being a part of a process and system that helps individuals be in control of their own lives and resources. My hobbies include reading, cooking and spending time with family.

Judy Yang
Prior to coming to TMG, I have worked in several positions over the years, helping people of all ages to feel empowered, get access to necessary resources and tools and achieve their goals. To do this, I like to look at the process as a team effort. I listen to the person to know where he or she desires to go and how he or she would like to get there and I provide support and insight as needed. I love being an IRIS Consultant as I am passionate about building positive, genuine and person-centered relationships to help produce quality outcomes defined by those that I work with. Outside of work, I enjoy having gatherings to get to know people and build genuine relationships with others. I have also grown to love traveling, and reading. Additionally, I enjoy good food, trying new restaurants with my husband and friends and spending quality time with loved ones.

Julie Fowler
I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for 10 years, providing care for older adults and other residents living in various Assisted Living homes and provided home care for a variety of clients through a Home Care agency. I then transitioned to different supervisor positions and have extensive experience hiring, training, and completing new hire paperwork. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I enjoy meeting with people where they live and work and partnering to create a plan that provides resources and steps to achieving life goals. I have two young boys and a Border Collie Red Heeler at home that keep me busy.

Julie Rasmussen
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at the ADRC of Rock County, where I helped people enrolled in Family Care and IRIS. Prior to that, I specialized in school and grief counseling. As a School Counselor, I worked with individuals whose learning was affected by conditions, such as addictions, developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, social disabilities and behavioral disabilities. As a Hospice Grief Counselor, I worked with individuals and their family members whose lives were affected by disabilities near the end of life. These specialties provided experience adapting to situations which were difficult, but not impossible. Outside of work, I enjoy playing spider solitaire, cleaning up the yard using my chainsaw and other tools, climbing trees, playing board and card games, visiting family, taking walks, riding my bike, helping others with their projects, and keeping myself busy doing projects such as woodworking, sewing and landscaping.

Julie Schienle
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for 15 years as a Director for an agency supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities and the older adults in residential settings. My experience also includes supporting individuals with long-term care needs requiring behavioral intervention and intensive medical support. I enjoy working at TMG because I like working with individuals to come up with creative solutions. In my free time, I love to be creative, paint, create collages and make jewelry.

Julie Weber
Prior to working for TMG, I worked as an assisted living administrator, which gave me extensive experience in partnering with people with developmental disabilities. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because I am a firm believer in keeping the person at the center of their decision-making. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I thoroughly enjoy empowering people to reach their goals and celebrating with them when they achieve them. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, tending to my flower and vegetable gardens, taking walks in the woods, traveling, camping and reading romance mystery novels.

Justine James
Prior to working for TMG, I had experience working as a caregiver as well as a coordinator. As a caregiver, I built strong relationships and paid close attention to very medically dependent participants, documenting extensively on their status and condition. As a coordinator, I worked hard to build and maintain relationships and worked with a care team to help create and implement person-centered goals. I like working for TMG because it focuses on the individual creating and maintaining a plan for their life and carrying it out as independently as possible. In my free time, I like to cook, shop and dine out with friends, spend quality time with my daughter and travel to and explore new places.

Ka Youa Xiong
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Social Worker for the Bureau of Milwaukee Child Welfare. I have experience identifying and responding to child abuse and neglect and working with families to find resources. I like working at TMG because I enjoy working in a challenging environment where I am constantly learning. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, listening to music, singing karaoke and playing volleyball.

Karen Berg
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for 20 years as an upper level Supervisor and as a direct support manager to people with Autism, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Prader Willi, Down syndrome, mental illnesses, high medical needs and duel diagnosis. Therefore, I have extensive experience with those living with developmental disabilities. I enjoy working with TMG because I am passionate about helping people self-direct support services while living their best and independent life, in a home of their choice, regardless of their abilities. When I'm not at work, I enjoy festivals, concerts, crafts, sporting events, parks and like to relax with a good book or program on TV.

Karen Black
My past experience working with persons who face challenges in their lives, whether it be illness, disability, financial hardship, grief and loss, or a combination of all of these, has prepared me to become a TMG IRIS Consultant. The best thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant has to be the opportunity to be involved in helping others succeed. In my free time I enjoy music, arts and crafts, travel and family time.

Karen Schmidt
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a behavioral support service provider as a supervisor and human resources specialist. My work with this agency included behavioral training, understanding all aspects of managing a business and significant experience in human resources. The two most important aspects of my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant are to listen and offer resources. It is my goal to listen to you and assist you in developing goals that help you to live your life the way you choose. The majority of my free time is spent devoting time to family, friends and football!

Kari Kaufmann
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a job coach, case manager and residential counselor. I have also been a respite care provider for individuals with disabilities in my home as well as their homes and have extensive experience working with people who have different abilities. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know the individuals and listening to their stories. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog, gardening and volunteering in the community.

Kari Lyons
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as an Income Maintenance Specialist, therefore I have significant experience managing budgets to create an overall plan for living. I enjoy working for TMG because I will listen to individuals' stories and help them find their voice for living and maintaining an independent lifestyle. In my free time, I love to travel and spend time with my family and friends.

Kathi Miller
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a County Case Worker and Customized Job Developer. I have experience with employment services, serving individuals with disabilities, and working with older adults. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping others find their unique gifts and talents. In my free time, I enjoy fishing, swimming, camping, boating, and cookouts.

Kathy Hill
Being able to help people to be able to manage their own affairs, choose who they want to help them and remain where they wish to live is my favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant. I have lived in Wisconsin all my life and raised a child with special needs while being a guardian and advocate for him. I enjoy camping, gardening, riding my motorcycle (on nice days) sewing, crafting and getting together with friends and family.

Katie Ciardo
I believe it only takes one step at a time to clear the path ahead, while leaving an impression behind. Being able to pair with individuals participating in the IRIS Program and their families is what I find most rewarding about being a TMG IRIS Consultant. There is nothing more rewarding to me than helping others achieve their dreams. My past experience includes working with youth in transition, youth and adults with traumatic brain injury, homeless women and children, and caring for older adults in assisted living. Being a mother of three beautiful children keeps me busy; however, our family likes to be outdoors and enjoy as much time together as we can.

Katie Johnston
I worked in the case management field for ten years and have extensive experience working with mental health and adaptive equipment. I am also fluent in sign language. I find my work rewarding because I too have a disability and enjoy connecting with others and listening to their story. In my free time, I love playing with my two dogs and pet sugar gliders.

Katie Schumer
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in several long-term care facilities as an In-Home Care Manager. I have experience working with people who have physical and development disabilities and older adults. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping individuals identify supports and services so that they have all they need to achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy watching Badger and Packer games and attending my children's sporting events.

Katie Williams
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a long-term care specialist and completed an internship at the Social Security Administration. I have experience in income maintenance, Medicaid, Medicare and community resources. I like working at TMG because I enjoy working with individuals to create plans that will help them achieve their dreams. In my free time, I love traveling, spending time at my kids' sporting events, walking my dog, snowshoeing and volunteering at community events.

Katy Kapaun
Prior to TMG I worked directly with people to determine eligibility for services and partnered with local organizations to enhance services to families to help them remain in their communities successfully. This experience has been instrumental in my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant. I am familiar with programs that many individuals in IRIS are eligible for and can direct them to additional resources that help them meet their needs while making progress to achieve their goals. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and pets and also like to read and travel.

Kayla Smith
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a consultant. I have experience with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), mental health issues and multiple sclerosis. I like working at TMG because I enjoy building relationships with individuals so that we can work together to reach their goals. In my free time, I enjoy camping, traveling and being active outside.

Kellisha Turner
Prior to working with TMG I gained experience working with children who are on the Autism spectrum and their families. I also have worked with young adults who are preparing to transition into adult services. My favorite things about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being able to partner with people in the community and assisting as much as possible with reaching their goals. In my free time I enjoy relaxing, watching movies and spending time with my family.

Kelly McCoy
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 17 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes, in the local schools as an aide, helping transition from parents home to independent living, and helping transition from school to life after high school. In my role at TMG I look forward to partnering with people to help them live the best life. In my free time I enjoy reading, supporting friends at the local race track and training for a marathon.

Kelly Wusler
Before working at TMG, I gained extensive experience working with people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, Alzheimer's, and dementia. Also, I have received training in, and have experience in, vocational rehabilitation. I believe in the importance of empowering people to live the lives they want and giving them choices wherever possible. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I enjoy meeting and getting to know so many different people of different backgrounds and walks of life. Outside of work, I spend time with friends and family and am active in my church and choirs.

Kelly Zombe
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for six years at a Residential Treatment Center for children and adults with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, and mental health issues. During this time I gained extensive knowledge of crisis intervention techniques. I find my work rewarding because I get to help individuals obtain the services they need to maintain their health and safety and improve their quality of life. In my free time, I enjoy doing home improvement projects, gardening, and hiking.

Kia Vue
Prior to joining TMG, I spent four years as a Field Staff Supervisor at the Center for Independence (CFI). There, I monitored supportive home care services, as well as provided training to our supervised caregivers. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I’m excited to learn your story, and find personalized solutions to help you achieve your goals. Between my years of experience and the resources that TMG and partnering organizations provide, I have no doubt we can make all kinds of wonderful things happen! When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and trying out new recipes for them and my friends to enjoy. I also love playing outdoor sports – volleyball, tennis, soccer and fishing are my favorite – as well as watching comedies and romantic international TV drama series!

Kim Johnson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the Children's Waiver Program, specializing in Autism. I also worked at an Independent Living Center for four years where I was trained in Accessibility Assessments, prepared and taught youth in transition, worked with the traumatic brain injury program, and worked with individuals with mental health disabilities. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others overcome their obstacles. In my free time, I enjoy painting, going to the beach and crafting.

Kim Markul
It's as important to me as it is to you to see that you reach your life goals. I enjoy problem solving with individuals and helping those people to find resources and services in their community so that they can become as self-sufficient as possible and can remain living in their own homes, independent in work places and out in their communities participating in activities they enjoy. I like to spend time outdoors, gardening and finding the peacefulness of nature. I'm a 'foodie' and like creating new recipes and trying foods from around the world.

Kim Nowak
Prior to joining TMG, I spent four years assisting adults with long-term care needs. This included assisting people who have cognitive disabilities, mental health issues, substance abuse issues and the elderly. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I look forward to partnering with you to create a plan that meets your needs and helps you achieve the goals that you want to achieve. When I’m not working, I enjoy staying active in my faith community as well as coaching and volunteering with the Special Olympics.

Kim Strangberg
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Case Manager for persons with physical, cognitive and developmental disabilities and mental health issues. I also have experience working as a Line Therapist for children with autism. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping others identify and achieve their goals by getting needed services in place. In my free time, I enjoy gardening (both vegetables and flowers), biking, reading, crocheting, and card making.

Kimberly Vukovic
Prior to working for TMG, I was an Income Maintenance Specialist in Milwaukee County. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations of all ages, ethnic backgrounds and economic status. My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is knowing that I am making a difference to help people achieve goals that are important to them. In my role I will utilize community resources to support necessary services required to achieve their goals. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and watching movies.

Kristi Valdez
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Winnebago County. I have extensive experience in the Human Services field and and bring a wealth of knowledge in working with different programs and populations. I have worked in both Economic Support and Behavioral Health. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing people feel accomplished and independent. In my free time I like to spend time with family, attend my daughter’s sporting events and work on different types of crafts.

Kristie Fleurimond
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the House of Correction, Bell Therapy, and Lutheran Social Services and I have ten years of experience working with adults with mental and physical disabilities. I find my work rewarding because I get to see others thriving based on their own decisions and plan. In my free time, I am kept busy by my two young children!

Kristie Rose
Prior to coming to TMG, I managed group homes and therefore have experience working with people who have brain injuries, mental illness, and developmental disabilities. I like working at TMG because I get great joy from helping the people I partner with in the IRIS Program meet their goals each day. In my free time, I enjoy taking care of my small farm.

Kristin Niedziejko
Prior to working with TMG, I worked in medical assisting, case management, prior authorizations and program coordination. Through these experiences, I have extensive experience in the medical field pertaining to Medicaid and Medicare. I like working for TMG because I enjoy empowering others to be confident in making new life choices and taking the necessary steps to make difficult decisions and envision new possibilities to make their life interesting and enjoyable. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, reading, organizing and sports.

Kristin Deatherage-Veleke
I have had the experience of working with individuals from birth through adulthood. During this experience I have helped and supported individuals and families as they were first learning about their child's different abilities as well as working with individuals as their abilities transformed. In my role at TMG, I enjoy being able to work alongside the people in IRIS and their families as an equal partner and helping them achieve their goals. When I'm not working I enjoy spending time with my family going to soccer, basketball and baseball games.

Krystle Henry
Before coming to TMG, I worked for seven years assisting people with developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injuries. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know the goals of the people I partner with. I get to help inspire them to reach those goals and be creative in the approach. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my twin boys. I also enjoy salsa dancing and Latin music, playing guitar, and singing.

La Kisha Hill
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the state in the Department of Health Services, therefore I have knowledge working with those living with disabilities. I enjoy working for TMG because my passion is helping others and this profession allows me to listen and aid in coming up with the best solutions to clear the path ahead. When I'm not working, I enjoy doing crafts, home interior decorating, shopping and reading.

Lanny Quinn
From working over 25 years in Community Mental Health and three years at a Geriatric Inpatient unit, I have gained extensive experience working with people with developmental disabilities and older adults. I like working at TMG because I get to work with people going into or are currently in their homes and community and I get to work alongside them and determine what strengths the individual possesses and what gaps are in place that need to be filled to help assure the best results possible. Outside of work, I like to stay active by walking, lifting weights, camping, and swimming.

LaShanda Holton
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a family advocate as well as an Income Maintenance Specialist. I have experience with income maintenance programs and serving individuals with mental illness and physical disabilities. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others make their own decisions regarding their health and well-being. In my free time, I enjoy bowling, skating and attending different festivals in the summer.

Laura Goetz
Prior to TMG I have worked in both the Waiver and Family Care programs. I am a certified social worker and a trained mediator. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the ability to partner with people in the IRIS program to build a strong plan that allows them to achieve things they thought were not possible. In my free time I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking and am also interested in genealogy.

Laura Petersen
Prior to working at TMG, I worked with children on the Autism Spectrum through the Children's Long Term Support Waiver for five years. I have knowledge of the Medicaid Waivers and experience with helping children and families identify resources and supports to address their long-term goals. I like working with TMG because I get to build relationships and partnerships with individuals participating in the IRIS Program. In my free time, I enjoy Pilates and yoga.

Lauren Todd
Prior to working for TMG, I helped individuals with disabilities obtain employment. This gave me an important insight on which community resources and supports are available. I enjoy working for TMG because I value building relationships with individuals right from the beginning and has proven to be extremely important. Watching people achieve the goals they have set for themselves is so rewarding for me. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, trying new restaurants and exploring new places.

Laurie Hansen
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a shelter for women and children who have been abused/battered. I also worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 14 years and a case manager in a homeless shelter. I have experience with employment services, counseling, alcohol and drug abuse, community resources and long-term care. I enjoy working at TMG because I like providing resources, guidance and encouragement. In my free time, I enjoy growing, canning and cooking vegetables from my garden.

Leonid Morgulis
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an independent health insurance agent and gained knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid Programs. I have experience working with the older adults, people with disabilities, youth in transition and individuals with mental health issues. I like working at TMG because believe in self-direction and the opportunity it provides individuals to be independent. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to see new places and cultures.

Linda Wolfert
Prior to TMG I was a registered nurse and have over 30 years of experience. I am also a parent of an adult with a developmental and physical disability. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is becoming a member of the "team" to assist persons live the life they choose. I am passionate about my work and given my background, life experience and knowledge base I feel I can assist persons help develop their goals and find services to support these goals. In my free time I enjoy traveling, camping and spending time with family.

Lindsey Buxbaum
My experience prior to TMG includes working with independent, assisted living and memory care residents in multiple senior communities. I also have in-patient psychiatric experience and a strong background in mental health. I find my work rewarding because I get to help others and make a difference in their life. In my free time, I like to stay active in my community by participating in and attending local sporting events.

Lisa Handley
Before coming to TMG, I worked as a social worker in a hospital and nursing home and as a program manager for Lutheran Social Services. These positions allowed me to gain a lot of experience working with individuals with disabilities. I like working at TMG because I enjoy interacting with a variety of people to help them better their lives. In my free time, I enjoy attending Zumba classes, going for motorcycle rides and taking walks on nature trails.

Lisa Johnson
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the human services field for 18 years. I have extensive experience helping individuals obtain goals, overcome barriers, and move forward towards self-sufficiency. I like working at TMG because I enjoy providing individuals with guidance and encouragement. In my free time, I like doing activities and taking trips with my children.

Prior to coming to TMG, I spent seven years working in the social services field, focusing on employment training programs. This has given me the ability to work with a wide range of people and know how to help them find resources that are a good fit for their unique needs. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I love partnering with you and helping you achieve successful outcomes. When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my family, especially my fun, silly children.

Lisa Woodall
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for many years as a caregiver, case manager, community resource specialist and a benefits specialist. These experiences helped me become a strong advocate and taught me how to partner with someone, learn about their unique story and be a resource to them to clear obstacles to help them reach their goals to lead a full life. Being an IRIS Consultant allows me to continue doing these things. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I spend most of my free time playing with my son, chasing him around and trying to raise him to be a loving, respectful, honest man who cares about all humanity. I also love animals and have a cat and a dog.

Lora Keith
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent five years as a support and service coordinator for the children’s long-term support waiver. This experience of learning the ins and outs of Medicaid long-term waivers, as well as working with children who have disabilities, has prepared me to be a great partner for you as your TMG IRIS Consultant. I love working together to find you resources that can help you live a more self-determined life, as well as map out a plan together that will help you reach your goals. When I’m not working, I love taking pictures of nature, as well as spending time kayaking, cooking and reading.

Lorayne Hinzman
I have worked providing direct care, personal and supportive home care tasks. This experience prompted me to return to school in order to offer additional help to people with disabilities that I was not able to accomplish in my direct care role. I earned my Masters of Social Work with a concentration in Children and Families. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I have experienced births, deaths, successes, and growth along with the persons I work with and their families. It is exciting to see to see the growth in all involved! In my spare time, I enjoy reading, gardening, outdoor activities, as well as spending time with my six grown children and three adorable grandsons.

Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Disability Benefit Specialist within the Kenosha County Aging and Disability Resource Center for seven years. I have extensive experience helping individuals with physical and mental disabilities obtain benefits and navigate the system. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping individuals be as independent as possible and remain in their homes. In my free time, I enjoy camping, canoeing and doing mind puzzles.

Lori Ceman
Prior to coming to TMG, I had vast experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant would have to be seeing people be successful in the community and in their own homes. I like to listen to their goals and work together to figure out a way to reach their goals. In my free time I enjoy gardening, arts and crafts, and spending time with family.

Lori Fatla
As a Special Education teacher, parent, and advocate, I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge working with youth and adults. My belief is that it's essential for all people to have choices of where to live and work in their community and to have opportunities to make decisions about their future. I enjoy working closely with the people that I am partnered with by asking questions and listening to their responses with an open mind and heart. My daughter has had an Individualized Education Program since she was 3 years old and now, as a young adult, has received support from the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and is living a successful and independent life based on her plans for the future. Spending time with my two young adult children and two beautiful grandchildren brings joy to my life.

Lori Grimm
Prior to and since coming to TMG, my experience of more than 5 years of partnering with people with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and elderly populations has been some of the most rewarding part of my career. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping people reach their goals and staying as independent as possible. In my free-time I like to go camping and sightseeing or just relax and watch a movie with my family. I am a huge Packer fan!

Prior to coming to TMG I worked for 4 years helping individuals who experienced physical and mental health concerns work towards achieving their goals to securing employment. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the opportunity to meet new people and learn what is important to them. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, gardening and trying out new recipes.

Lori Lundquist
Prior to working at TMG, I worked for many years in a multi-county Home Health agency therefore; I have extensive experience serving older adults, people with physical disabilities, and people with intellectual disabilities. At TMG, I always look forward to visiting the individuals I partner with in the IRIS Program and seeing what needs to be done to keep them moving forward. Everyone has their own ideas of what is right for their life and I love being able to help them realize that goal. In my free time, I help my husband with our Century farm, I go camping, and spend time reading.

Lori Morton
Prior to working for TMG, I worked as an Employment Specialist for Goodwill Industries and Curative Care Network. Therefore, I have a great deal of experience assisting individuals overcome barriers which interfere with attaining and maintaining employment. I like working for TMG because I truly believe that the only expert about your life is you. Everyone wants to determine his or her own quality of life and it is great when you can support someone in achieving this. Outside of work, I spend most of my free time teaching myself how to make jewelry.

Lorie Pukenis
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 15 years working in Vocational Services assisting people with disabilities in job training and employment. I was the Lead Coordinator in Milwaukee County's Behavior Health program, Service Access to Independent Living (SAIL) while working with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR). I also have experience working in a day program which empowered people recovering from mental illness to lead meaningful lives. At the day program I worked side-by-side with members while assisting them with any and all community resources along with advocating for their rights as an important part of the community. I enjoy working for TMG because I love seeing the looks on people's faces when they are encouraged about the things we are accomplishing together. I believe that with the right supports, everyone is able to live a more meaningful and happier life. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family. I am a young grandma who plays basketball, swims, hikes and takes an active role in keeping my family strong. I play the piano and I like to get together with my friends from church.

Louise Longrie
Prior to coming to TMG I worked as a Social Worker for Winnebago County for over 24 years. I have worked with all populations including adults with developmental disabilities, mental health diagnosis, physical disabilities and older adults. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is partnering with individuals and their families to empower them to make their own decisions, based on their own desires and needs, so they may live the most fulfilling life possible. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, scrapbooking, reading and being active.

Lyndsay Chaplin
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources (GWAAR) for 8 years as an Older Americans Act Consultant. I have extensive experience in advocating for the 60+ population. I partner with people to help them understand their important role as a self-advocate. My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is meeting new people and their families. We are all humans with the same basic needs. Learning more about each other builds that relationship that is needed in order to have a successful partnership. In my free time, I like to spend time with family, friends, and my dog Copper.

Lynette Bodoh
Prior to joining TMG as an IRIS Consultant in March of 2015, I was employed with a county Human Services Agency for more than thirty years. I assisted both adults and children with disabilities, as well as elderly people, to utilize the services available to them to thrive in their communities and live safe, healthy and happy lives. As a TMG IRIS Consultant I enjoy reminding people that they are "the boss" and that they are able to direct the rest of us on their team. As a partner I am committed to listening intently to your story until I understand the direction you wish to take. Together we can make a plan for the initial steps, building on what you have, and what is readily available. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, reading and watching sports.

Prior to coming to TMG I worked for over twenty years as an Economic Support Specialist for Washburn County. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting the opportunity to get to know the individuals and work with them on individual plans to help achieve their desires and goals. In my free time I enjoy gardening, cooking and spending time with family.

Lynn Schneider
Prior to coming to TMG I worked as a Recreational Therapist and Supervisor in adult day services and subacute rehab. I gained a lot of knowledge about the supports and services that individuals with dementia or complex medical conditions need to stay in their homes. I like working at TMG because I enjoy partnering with individuals and working together to achieve goals. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, walking my dog, biking with my family and volunteering for community events.

Lynnette Madison
I have five years of experience as an income maintenance representative with the Department of Health and Human Services. I have experience working with families to obtain benefits entitled to them. I like working at TMG because I enjoy meeting new people and helping them get the support they need to live their life to the fullest. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Mai Xiong
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a care coordinator. This experience taught me that listening and asking questions are very important. By doing this, you ensure their needs are met. I enjoy working for TMG because I like seeing people happy in their home or community and being able to make choices on their own and manage their budget how they see fit. In my spare time, I enjoy sharing my time with my family members and friends, traveling, reading, cooking and watching TV or movies.

Mandy Kunzer
Before working at TMG, I was a direct care provider and program manager for people in Community Based Residential Facilities (CBRFs) I also have experience working in Family Care, hospice, and skilled nursing/rehabilitation. I look forward to helping people in the IRIS program reach their goals by using my knowledge of and connection to many resources in the community. When I'm not working, you will find me outside with my family and traveling to new places.

Marcy Beck
I have always wanted to help people and with TMG, I partner with people to "clear the path ahead" by helping individuals and their families define and then achieve their goals. I love working with people from many different backgrounds at TMG. In my free time I like to read, watch movies, travel, watch sports, run and spend time outdoors.

Margaret Cory
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent several years as a social worker and program manager in Milwaukee for programs that assist older adults to live independently in the community. Because of this work, I am very familiar with all the available resources in the Milwaukee area. I will partner with you by listening to your unique story and putting together a plan with you that will help you reach your goals. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, and exploring Milwaukee.

Margie Steinhoff
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a supervisor for a home health organization that was contracted to the State of Kansas Medicaid program, and also as a case manager for the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver. We worked with people with brain injuries, people who were aging, and also people with physical disabilities. As a parent of children with developmental disabilities, I understand how others can oftentimes have limiting preconceived notions about people with disabilities, and I want to help individuals overcome those hurdles and live their life to the fullest. I am a strong believer in self-direction and being in charge of one’s own life. As an IRIS Consultant, it’s rewarding for me to watch a person's plan come to fruition. To see them living a happy and fulfilling life. When I’m not working, I love catching a local fair, riding horses, and just spending time with my husband and children…life is good!

Maria Gonzalez
For 18 year prior to my work at TMG I helped individuals establish reachable goals for Wisconsin Works. A good part of the time was spent helping individuals with disabilities find employment or file for social security administration benefits. What I enjoy best about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is knowing I am helping people in IRIS establish and reach their goals. I believe everyone has the right to determine how they want to live. In my free time I enjoy traveling to new places, spending time with family and spending time outside with my kids.

Marial Krukar
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in group homes for older adults with mental and physical disabilities for over 10 years. I also care for my father who has a physically disabled and have a good understanding of how to provide care while preserving independence. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping others self-direct their care. In my free time, I enjoy reading autobiographies, going out to dinner and playing board games.

Marie Wendelberger-Wysocki
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a program coordinator for an adult day program. I also worked for a long-term integrated care program where I gained experience working with older adults and individuals with physical disabilities and mental health issues. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is empowering people to create meaningful lives in their communities. I'm a huge animal lover and in my free time, I enjoy being outdoors with my three children and my golden retriever.

Marshaye Lewis
Prior to coming to TMG, I gained over a decade of experience in the social services and behavioral health fields. As an IRIS Consultant, I love helping the people I partner with figure out how to best live their lives, and on their terms. My passion for making sure that the people I partner with receive the best care for their unique needs has been greatly influenced by the many years I spent as a caregiver for my own grandfather. When I’m not working, I love reading, playing tennis, and spending time with my friends and loved-ones.

Marta Collins
Prior to working with TMG, I worked for almost 8 years with the Children's Long Term Support Waiver. Therefore, I have experience working with children experiencing developmental, physical and severe emotional disabilities. I like working with TMG because my past experience coordinating various social, community and mental health services allows me to further my help and partnership with individuals. When I'm not working, I have a passion for trying new foods as I was a very picky eater as a child, so I love whipping up new recipes in the kitchen with my husband or trying out new restaurants.

Martha Bichler

My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing people discover their abilities and achieve their goals. My education, training, and work prepared me for the role of a TMG IRIS Consultant. I enjoy spending time with my husband and five kids. I love my time spent in up north Wisconsin with family, friends, nature, a good book, and my own thoughts.

Mary Beth Freckmann
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a program coordinator at an Adult Day Services program and worked for the special programs at YMCA as a Special Olympics coach. I have extensive personal and professional experience working with individuals with disabilities. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is encouraging participants' imagination so that they can see possibility where there once was only a road block. In my free time, I paint, draw, sculpt and go hiking with my dog.

Mary Brulla
I have worked in Social Services for over 30 years and have experience helping individuals with a variety of disabilities, including physical disabilities, developmental disabilities and mental health challenges to find and keep jobs. I also have a sister with Autism and have gained first-hand experience from that. I find my job rewarding because I get to celebrate the victories big and small, that the people I partner within the IRIS Program achieve each day. In my free time, I like to garden and sing in my church choir.

Mary Kuhrt
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in Community Mental Health and Employment Services programming for twenty years. I gained experience providing community services to individuals to allow them to remain independent in their homes and community. I truly enjoy working in the community and meeting with people in their homes. Outside of work, my priority is to spend time with family, friends, and my pets.

Mary Zielke
Before coming to TMG, I worked with several service agencies over a span of 16 years. My experience includes advocating, job developing, coaching, skill training, mentoring, daily living skills and income tracking with a diverse population of people with disabilities and older adults. I like working for TMG because I have been advocating for person-centered care most of my career and being an IRIS consultant will give me the opportunity to continue with self-directed care and focus on individuals' abilities, not disabilities. Helping and watching people achieve their hopes and dreams in the community gives me an awesome feeling of accomplishment. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, taking pictures, and being outdoors, I like being active with my dogs and cats and spending time with family and friends.

Matt Johnson
For more than 15 years, I’ve worked in long-term care helping older adults and people with disabilities, helping them to meet their objectives in health, community living and employment. The best part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is that I can share my knowledge to help navigate through the sometimes-tricky regulations so that they can ultimately reach their goals. When I’m not working, I’m enjoying spending time with my family and our dogs as we camp, fish and bike around the great outdoors. I am also a big Wisconsin sports fan and hold a seat on my town’s water resource committee.

Matthew Bramm
Prior to joining TMG, I worked for an outpatient mental healthcare service provider, and also as an employment specialist for people with disabilities. This work has given me great understanding of the resources and other needs that the people I partner with are looking for. I enjoy working together to help overcome obstacles to achieve goals and build greater independence. In my free time, I love cooking, hanging out with my family, and jumping out of planes (only occasionally!).

Matthew Truesdell
Prior to working with TMG, I worked in a residential care complex, ran afterschool programs, assisted as an in-home support specialist and as an employment specialist. Therefore, I have extensive knowledge in working with individuals experiencing developmental and physical limitations throughout different stages of their life. I like working for TMG because I was adopted among seven other siblings of many different ethnic backgrounds and clearly understand the joy of diversity. My sister has a disability and I know that it takes a village and a strong core support group to care for someone. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, sports, being active in my church and spending time with my family.

Megan Frank
Prior to working for TMG, I worked as a Group Home Manager at Clarity Care where I gained experience caring for people who had developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and for older adults. In my role at TMG, I will partner with individuals participating in the IRIS Program to find resources in the community and support in achieving their goals. In my free time I enjoy cooking and spending time with my children and fellowship groups as well as spending time outdoors and learning how to sew.

Megan Schwobe
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a variety of behavioral health settings, including inpatient, outpatient and in the community. This experience has prepared me on how to be a good IRIS Consultant to the people I partner with. I enjoy getting to know you and helping you lead the way as you work towards your goals. When I’m not working, I love spending time outside, Disney World, thrift shopping, and the Green Bay Packers!

Megan Winter
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for St. Francis Children's Center for three years as a case manager for the Autism Waiver program and as a job developer with Division of Vocational Rehabilitation. I have extensive experience and knowledge of working with individuals with mental health issues and people with physical and developmental disabilities. I like working at TMG because I have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of each and every one of the individuals I partner with. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, baking and hiking outdoors.

Melanie Antony
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in Hospice services and have extensive experience working with older adults and finding employment for people with disabilities. I find my work rewarding, because I get to help others live meaningful lives in their community. In my free time, I love being outdoors and taking my dog, Ginger, for walks.

Melanie Dubnicka
Prior to TMG I worked as an Economic Support Specialist since 2009 determining eligibility for State Aid programs such as Medicaid and FoodShare. As a TMG IRIS Consultant I look forward to working with you to help you meet your goals. I enjoy working with people and making their lives feel more fulfilling. I will work closely with you to help you identify the services and supports needed to help you create a plan that will help you meet your goals. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my son, golfing, being outdoors and of course watching the Packers!

Melissa Bridges
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a local Human Services Agency in Southwest Wisconsin. The experience gained in this position includes partnering with people to meet established goals and referring to resources to assist in meeting the goals. My favorite thing about being an IRIS Consultant is the partnering relationship; working together and coming up with solutions. During my free time, I enjoy supporting my children being involved in activities, volunteering as a Girl Scout Leader, and having family get-togethers with delicious homemade food!

Melissa Urick
Prior to coming to TMG, I was a case manager in the mental health field as well as a service coordinator for Children's Long-Term Support which has given me experience serving adults with co-occurring disorders and disabilities. I like working for TMG because I take pride and joy in assisting people with their needs and ensuring they are being successful in the community. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love being outdoors riding my bike or walking my dog, Lily.

Melody Martin
I enjoy helping people establish their goals and identify any potential obstacles that may arise. The IRIS program provides a unique opportunity for people to take control of their supports. When not working at TMG, I enjoy playing music and performing with several community bands. I am also an avid camper and museum enthusiast.

Meme Mihalovic
Prior to working with TMG, I worked in the insurance industry for 12 years. I am also the mother of a child with Autism and have personal experience with self-direction and employment for individuals with disabilities. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing individuals self-direct their care and achieve personal goals. In my free time, I like taking pictures, traveling, and spending time outdoors.

Michele Bierman
Prior to working with TMG, I worked for 15 years in assisted living, community based residential facilities, nursing homes, home care and have done some work in therapy rehabilitation. Therefore, I have extensive experience working with individuals living with intellectual and physical disabilities of all ages. I find joy working for TMG because there is no better feeling than realizing you have helped someone conquer their goals and have made a standing impact on their life. When I'm not working, I enjoy being outdoors and watching the Packer's play with my family and friends.

Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a local home health agency for 10 years, therefore, I have experience working with individuals living with physical and developmental disabilities. I enjoy working for TMG because I enjoy working with individuals to find the right supports and resources available to them. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, practicing outdoor sports and traveling.

Before working for TMG, I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, which aided in my experience with people with physical and cognitive disabilities. I like working for TMG because I get to help connect people with their community and help research paths to move individuals towards their goals. Outside of work I like to garden, be with my family, and go to church.

Michelle Jackson
Before working for TMG, I worked as a Case Manager for the State of Wisconsin, therefore I have experience working closely alongside someone and helping them utilize community resources. I like working with TMG because I get to experience first-hand how much a difference you can make in someone's life and watch them achieve their goals. In my free time, I am an avid reader and enjoy spending time with my family.

Michelle Smith
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the behavior health field as a Psychiatric Tech, Economic Support Specialist and W2 Case Manager. Therefore, I have extensive experience helping individuals with ALL mental health diagnoses, drug and alcohol addiction, physical and developmental disabilities, aging and homeless. I like working for TMG because I enjoy empowering individuals by assisting them to reach their goals. When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, our cats Bella and Gizmo, reading, photography, movies and traveling.

Michelle Tomaszewski
Before coming to TMG, I spent many years in the Milwaukee Public School district, working with students with learning disabilities. I also have extensive experience working in direct care with children and adults coping with mental health and developmental disabilities. Beyond my professional experience, I have had the privilege of helping care for a family member who had a developmental disability. This has helped me to understand some of the daily challenges involved and how to find resources available in the community. I enjoy being an IRIS Consultant because I find great joy in helping individuals accomplish their goals and see their dreams become reality. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my family and pets.

Mindy Wagner
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in foster care and taught. I have experience working with individuals with disabilities, older adults, youth, and individuals with mental illness diagnoses. I find my work rewarding because I am constantly amazed and humbled by the determination of the individuals in IRIS and their families and caregivers. In my free time, I like playing volleyball and softball, baking, exercising, playing board games and volunteering in my community.

Missy Hennen
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the State of Minnesota at State Services for the Blind. Through that position, I acquired skills in non-sighted travel and Braille, as well as Sign Language skills. I find my work rewarding because I have the opportunity to meet amazing people and watch them reach goals they thought were unobtainable. Molly Zich
Prior to working with TMG, I worked in long-term care settings as well as hospice settings in both caregiving and social work roles. Through this experience, I am well-versed in enabling individuals to live a self-determined life through listening to the needs and goals of others and connecting them with resources that will support their wishes. I like working for TMG because I enjoy connecting others with resources in their community. Outside of work, I enjoy taking my dog on walks, swimming and baking.

Monica Steren
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in a Community Employment department at a local non-profit organization where I assisted adults with disabilities gain employment and I have over five years of experience working with adults with disabilities (physical and cognitive). I enjoy working with TMG because I get to positively contribute towards others' lives. In my free time, I enjoy going to concerts in the park, going to local restaurants, and painting.

Nain Sirek
I listen to people talk because I want to really learn about the people I partner with and their families. Getting to meet new people and continue to partner with them long-term is my favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant. Before working at TMG, I worked in the medical field in women's health and dialysis. I enjoy spending time with my four children, husband and two dogs doing just about anything.

Nancianne Nardi
Prior to coming to TMG I worked for the Lake Superior Community Health Center where I was a social worker and healthcare advocate for many in the community. I have extensive experience and knowledge of Wisconsin Medicaid and it's many programs. At TMG I encourage and advocate for the individuals that I partner with. I motivate people to be self-directed and empower them to live their best lives. In my free time I take care of my child and dog and enjoy kayaking down the Brule River.

Nancy House
Before working at TMG, I worked as a Care Manager for Family Care. I help people to determine what their goals are and then together we explore ways to achieve those goals both with IRIS services and resources in the community. I really enjoy getting to know the people who I am partnering with and helping them find the services and resources that they need to be or to remain independent. I enjoy hiking, reading, gardening, and spending time with my family and our two dogs. I also enjoy going to Brewer’s games and watching Packer’s games.

Natalie Bonnes
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Chippewa, Dunn, and Pierce Counties as a Foster Care Coordinator, Case Manager in Child Protection Services, and Supervisor for the juvenile delinquent population. I also have experience working as an Adult Protection Social Worker for the Aging and Disability Resource Center. I like working at TMG because I get to partner with individuals participating in the IRIS Program to problem solve. In my free time, I like fishing, boating, and hitting the area's many bike trails.

Natalya Levina
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Coordinator of services for a medical transportation company and I have over 14 years of Personal Care work experience. I also have a background in medical billing, which gave me experience with referrals and authorization processes. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping others be independent and self-sufficient. In my free time, I love spending time with my son and getting involved in his school and recreational activities.

Natalya Smeyan
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an interpreter for Russian speaking individuals. I also have an experience in sport medicine/physical therapy, I helped people with physical disabilities and sports injuries. I like working at TMG because I am a big believer in self-direction and I enjoy helping others choose their path and stay independent. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, do yoga with my daughter and travel.

Nick Gehring
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for several years as a Crisis Stabilization Worker and a Recovery Support Coordinator at La Causa. These positions gave me extensive experience working with individuals who have mental health and AODA concerns. One of my favorite things about being an IRIS Consultant is being able to help empower individuals to live independent and meaningful lives. When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family and friends, read, play video games and go hiking.

Nicole Danca
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked at Workforce Resource for five years. I have experience in job development, workforce readiness, employment for people with disabilities and assisting youth in transition. I enjoy working at TMG because I like helping the people I partner with in the IRIS Program explore their options and create a path to success. In my free time, I enjoy taking walks outside, watching sports and playing with my dog, Gracie.

Nicole Nelson
Prior to working at TMG, I worked for two years as a Meals On Wheels Social Worker. Being a Meals On Wheels Social Worker has prepared me to become an IRIS Consultant by developing my communication and listening skills and giving me extensive knowledge of community resources. I also worked as a Rehabilitation Social Worker which taught me how to act as a liaison and advocate between a person, their family and community providers. All of these skills have ultimately taught me to partner with people to "clear the path ahead" by developing an honest and respectful relationship with one another in order to listen, guide and support the person to build a meaningful life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my two sons and taking them to the park, the zoo and museums. Also, I enjoy shopping, going out for lunch/dinner, having craft nights with friends and scrapbooking.

Nijah Thomas
I believe in being an active listener and respecting individual choices. I am committed to staying informed and communicating great options to assist other clear the path ahead. I like working with a variety of people and being the face of an excellent organization that is committed to helping people live meaningful lives in the community. I spend time reading, writing songs, recording vocals and pampering my small dog Lovey. I also enjoy family gatherings, staying on top of politics and working on various home improvements projects.

Pam Walters
I grew up in a house full of children with special needs along with my four siblings. I learned early in life how important it is to help others. Helping others is very important to me and being able to listen to what they want from their life and asking the right questions allows you to really understand their higher aspirations in life. In my role at TMG I enjoy partnering with people to help them to live the life that they dream of and help teach them what self-direction means for them. In my free time I enjoy coloring in adult coloring books, taking new classes and traveling to new places.

Pang Cha
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with Milwaukee Enrollment Services, which gave me a good background in determining eligibility of state funded benefits. I also have experience working with children with disabilities through the Birth to Three program. I like working at TMG because I get to partner with individuals in the IRIS Program to find resources and share knowledge. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Paoi Lor
Prior to coming to TMG, I was a caretaker for my aunt and grandmother. This provided me with some good experience in long-term care. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping others eliminate safety or health concerns so that they can lead a better life. In my free time, I enjoy reading and being a part of nature.

Patrice Rumpf
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for four in the homes of families of diverse populations and gained extensive experience creating goals to be met and communicating effectively with them. I like working for TMG because I believe a team effort is the best way to reach goals for the future. I clear the path ahead by not dictating, but working together as a collective group, each person taking on roles in their expertise to reach the best outcomes. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, sewing, crocheting, or anything art related. In the summer, I enjoy going out fishing, spending time at the cabin, being with family and friends and going camping.

Patti Beilfuss
Before I worked for TMG, I worked in Family Care, Home Health and Hospice, Medicare Case Management and long-term care including nursing homes and mental health. My experience has helped me develop relationships with community providers and has given me a unique perspective on successful community supports. I enjoy working for TMG because I'm passionate about helping people remain independent. I enjoy seeing people reach goals that are meaningful and important to them. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and taking walks with my dog. In the summer, I enjoy paddle boarding and boating and in the winter, I like to snow shoe.

Patty Koestler
Prior to coming to TMG, I have worked in many different human service fields such as social services, the police department and being a volunteer guardian. Therefore, I have experience working with individuals living with disabilities of all ages. I enjoy working for TMG because having been a caregiver for my mother, I have gained knowledge in where to find helpful resources and the benefits of partnering with others. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading murder mysteries, completing Sudoku puzzles and playing mahjong on the computer.

Peggy Wahl-Hays
As the parent of an adult son with developmental disabilities, I have personal experience with Individualized Education Programs (IEP), youth in transition and vocational rehabilitation services. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know the people I partner with and their families. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, read, travel and take my dog on walks.

Penny Auter
As a parent and advocate for a son with a disability, I have worked for over 30 years towards equality and independence for persons with disabilities. With TMG, I continue to be rewarded on a daily basis as individuals I partner with share their life goals and experiences with me. It is a privilege seeing individuals I partner with break down barriers and work towards independence in their daily lives. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my children, their spouses and my grandchildren whenever possible.

Phyllis Salley
Prior to joining TMG, I spent 10 years at a managed care organization, helping the people we served find reputable service providers. This has given me a lot of experience in learning what is available to help the people I partner with reach their goals. My main objective as an IRIS Consultant is to get to know you and work with you to achieve the things you want in life. When I’m not working, I love cooking, baking, spending time with friends and family, shopping and much more!

Quanda Diaz
Prior to TMG I worked in the low-income department at a large company. I also gained experience working with diverse populations as well as assisting with emergency food, clothes and holiday programs. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is having the opportunity to partner with people in IRIS in their homes; it's almost like gaining a large extended family. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, bake and travel.

Rachael Kitterman
Prior to my employment at TMG, I coordinated an adult day program for four years. I have experience helping individuals with developmental disabilities with independent living skill building and employment. I find my work rewarding because I get to help facilitate services and supports for those in need. In my free time, I enjoy gardening, listening to live music and spending time with my family and pets.

Rachel Bowen
Prior to working for TMG, I managed adult family homes and was employed as a participant hired worker for my mother. Therefore, I have first-hand experience working with individuals in the IRIS program and those with developmental disabilities. I love working with TMG because I have seen the benefits of self-direction through the supports my mother received. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and canning and freezing vegetables that we grow in our garden.

Rachel Brunette
Prior to working with TMG, I worked with the senior population at Milwaukee Center for Independence in the LIFE Services Department. This experience has prepared me to for work as an TMG IRIS Consultant. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is that I get to work closely with the people that I partner with to create a plan that meets their unique needs. I love getting the chance to watch individuals grow as they move towards their goals. When I’m not working, I love traveling and visiting national parks, as well as getting crafty with homemade candles and spending time with friends and family.

Rachel Le-Hunt
I've worked as a direct care worker for persons living in Community Based Residential Facilities prior to TMG; therefore I have direct experience with persons with developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental health issues, and physical disabilities. I believe partnering with people means listening to what is important to them and developing a plan to achieve their goals in a way that makes the most sense for them. In my free time, I enjoy all that Wisconsin's beautiful outdoors have to offer with my husband and two boys.

Rachel Oglesby
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as an In-Home Therapist, Advocacy Specialist and Case Manager for the Autism Waiver program. I have extensive experience working with children with autism. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is spending one-on-one time with individuals I partner with in the IRIS Program, learning about their goals and dreams. My hobbies include fishing, hiking, and cooking spicy food.

Rachel Triplett
Prior to coming to TMG, I ran my own small, non-medical concierge support service for seniors where I was a resource for transportation, personal shopping, errands, handyman services, recreation, technical consulting and training. I like working at TMG because I love helping individuals overcome roadblocks to achieve their goals. In my free time, I volunteer, travel, shop and spend time with my family.

Raquel Edgeston
Prior to working for TMG, I worked in a non-profit for the homeless for almost four years. This helped me to be an active listener and nurtured my passion for helping others, skills that I am now able to utilize in my current position as an IRIS Consultant. I enjoy working for TMG because I am able to listen to people’s needs and then help to address those needs. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, traveling or watching a good suspense movie. Additionally, I enjoy volunteering for a number of organizations including Point in Time in Milwaukee and Project Homeless Connect, a resource fair for the homeless.

Reagan Collins
I understand the passion, patience and commitment to do the most I can to support and partner with a loved one with a disability so that they get the best care possible to be safe in their homes and have the choice about their care and daily living. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I love meeting people for the first time. I like to hear stories about their lives, interests, goals and families. In my free time, I love to spend time with family camping and fishing. I also enjoy rummage sales and cooking.

Reanna Blaubach
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent three years at a Wausau area hospital, which has given me extensive experience helping people utilize resources in the community. I love being an IRIS Consultant because I believe in self-direction – if I were ever in need of long-term care, I would want to direct how my needs got met, and be in charge of my own life. Outside of work, I have a wide variety of interests: from figure skating, running, hiking, and traveling.

Rebecca Arnold
Prior to working at TMG, I spent 5 years working at another Medicaid waiver program, and also spent 10 years dealing in Medicaid and Medicare insurance. This experience has helped me learn how to best navigate the IRIS waiver program. As your TMG IRIS Consultant, I am a big advocate of helping you self-direct your life, and I will help you come up with a plan and find the necessary resources to reach your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors with friends and family, and catching a good movie or listening to great music.

Rebecca Glamm
Since 2001, I have been a volunteer director of a group that provides monthly recreation and social activities to families that have children with disabilities. I am a parent of a young adult with Asperger's and have experience with the resources available for those on the autism spectrum. I enjoy working at TMG because I like helping others find services and resources that can make their lives better. In my free time, I perform with a folk dance group and read historical fiction.

Renee Schmidt
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with many Adult Family Group Homes in Wisconsin and Minnesota. I have extensive experience helping people with emotional and behavioral concerns. I find my work rewarding because I feel that everyone should have the opportunity to direct their own lives and IRIS is a wonderful support in that. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, especially in the winter when I can ice fish and snowmobile.

Robyn Rodgers
My experience includes working with people with all types of disabilities. Being a TMG IRIS Consultant allows me to show how much I care for people, being a partner with them and ensuring that they have the needed resources for them to meet the goal of their choice. In my free time I enjoying spending time with family, making a difference in the community with my sorority sisters and holding different ministries at my church.

Ruth Macias-Vallejo
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with several Social Services agencies in the Sheboygan and Manitowoc areas. I also worked with a Homeless Prevention program and helped people get back to work and be part of the community. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping others improve their lives and integrate in the community. In my free time, I love traveling, and trying foods from different cultures.

Sally Warpinski
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a direct support professional, case manager and home coordinator, allowing me to gain experience working with adults with developmental disabilities and children and families within the mental health field. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is helping someone overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. In my free time, I enjoy playing rugby, boating and grilling out.

Sandra Cannon
Prior to working for TMG, I worked in case management for over 12 years. Therefore, I have experience working with individuals living with disabilities. I enjoy working for TMG because I have a desire to see people grow and love helping them reach their short-term and long-term goals. In my free time, my daughter and I enjoy doing arts and crafts, playing games, shopping, giving each other makeovers and traveling.

Sandra Michaels
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a supervisor and volunteer coordinator for personal care agencies and community services organizations. I have extensive experience working with older adults and individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. I like working at TMG because I enjoy empowering others to make decisions and self-direct their care. In my free time, my husband and I enjoy boating and relaxing up north.

Sandy Schecklman
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an Outreach Specialist and then an Eligibility Specialist, which gave me the experience to find programs for people that need them and to understand the availability and limitations of those programs. I like working for TMG because I have the opportunity to meet new people, forge partnerships and help them live a fulfilling, happy life. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the outdoors camping, boating and riding all terrain vehicles.

Sara Rauenbuehler
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for an Adult Day program organization in Milwaukee for over five years and helped individuals achieve their goals and participate in their community. I find my work rewarding because I get to learn about the dreams and goals of each person I partner within the IRIS Program and then help make them a reality. In my free time, I like going to the gym, kayaking, hiking, and swimming.

Shannon Bass
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for the state in the Long-Term Care Department; therefore, I have extensive knowledge working with those living with disabilities. I like working for TMG because I am able to be the individuals' "hands on" person to make sure they are getting the supports and resources they need to lead a successful life. While I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and family, cooking meals, having great conversation and watching movies.

Shannon Berg
Prior to working at TMG, I was a Case Manager for a managed care organization. I have worked with individuals with physical disabilities, individuals with cognitive disabilities, and older adults for over 15 years, helping them remain as independent as possible. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is partnering with people participating in the IRIS Program to help them find ways to remain independent in their homes. In my free time, I enjoy taking my dog, who is therapy certified, to colleges and schools to help students with stress relief.

Sharee Lee
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in the social services field for five years and have gained experience with individuals with mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and brain injuries. This gave me the knowledge of how to develop treatment plans, assist with goal setting and locate community resources. I like working for TMG because through years of experience in this field, I have truly learned that everyone is unique. Seeing some of the challenges individuals face with supports and services has pushed me to be an advocate for the people that I serve, and to ensure that they receive the best services and supports. When I'm not working, I love going to Dave and Buster's, bowling, going to the movies, swimming, reading, making jewelry, exploring with my son and partaking in seasonal activities such as picking pumpkins in the fall, looking at Christmas decorations in the winter and watching the fireworks in July.

Sharon Whittaker
Prior to coming to TMG, I taught special education students, worked with individuals who experienced brain injuries and spent time working with adults who have developmental disabilities. Therefore, I have extensive experience working with individuals who live with physical and developmental disabilities. I like working with TMG because as a Consultant, I'm able to help answer the what can I do and how can I do it question. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and taking road trips to visit popular attractions around the United States.

Shawna Kong
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with a local Home Health Agency, therefore, I have experience working with others to be independent by utilizing agencies, workers, and natural supports to fill the gaps in care. I enjoy working for TMG because as a full-time caregiver to my stepson, I understand the value in understanding healthcare and other resources for self-direction and I want to share that knowledge with others. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, reading, woodworking, spending time in the outdoors, and visiting with family and close friends.

Sheryl Gerstl
I have worked in many different capacities with individuals and their families who share the common bond of assisting people who are in need of support in their lives. I enjoy being a part of TMG because my passion is to help people make the most of accessing resources and creating the best possible quality of life. I love getting to know so many wonderful families who care very much to be part of a positive community. My hobbies include photography, crafts, and travel.

Shevelle Johnson
Prior to working for TMG, I worked for Milwaukee County for 17 years as an Economic Support Specialist, which gave me experience with the Income Maintenance Programs eligibility determination for Food Share, Child Care and Title 19 Medical assistance. I enjoy working for TMG because I am highly motivated and committed to making it my life's work to facilitate constructive change within my community, which fits perfectly with TMG's culture. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy being a mentor for "Pearls for Teen Girls" and I enjoy working with the young ladies in the program helping fulfill life goals. I am also very involved with my church.

Shirley Leatherwood-Garrett
Prior to joining TMG, I spent 9 years as a long-term care case manager, where I served older adults and adults living with dementia. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I’m here to get to know you as an individual so that we can create a plan that best suits your wants and needs. I love that my job allows me to help the people I serve reach their goals. When I’m not working, I love hanging out with my family and singing with my band!

Sierra Stafford
Prior to coming to TMG, I volunteered at the St. Vincent de Paul Resource Center, worked at the Good Neighbor Clinic, and I have experience working with diverse populations. I like working at TMG because I like seeing the empowerment and independence that comes with self-direction. In my free time, I enjoy camping, reading books, and playing board games.

Sonja Hurt
The best thing about being an IRIS Consultant is I have an opportunity to partner with a diverse population. Prior to coming to TMG, I provided case management services to families while employed with the Department of Health Services for ten years. In my free time, I like to read.

Stacey Conjurski
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as an Economic Support Specialist for 15 years determining eligibility and benefits for public assistance programs such as FoodShare, BadgerCare, Child Care and Energy Assistance (WHEAP). I also worked for Lutheran Social Services as a Case Manager for the PATHS Program working with young adults who were either homeless or transitioning from foster care to living on their own. These experiences have provided me with extensive knowledge regarding community resources and working with a diverse population. I enjoy working for TMG because I like working with people and providing resources to help guide and assist them in achieving their goals and feeling successful. Outside of work, I enjoy baking with my granddaughter, reading and spending time with my husband and our two dogs.

Stacey Fenner
Prior to working with TMG, I worked for the school district in the Special Needs program. Therefore, I have experience working with individuals with physical and cognitive difficulties. I enjoy working with TMG because I get to help individuals set goals and determine what supports they need to reach those goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family at our cabin up north.

Stacey Hyler
Prior to TMG I was a case manager for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is working with different people every day and helping people I partner with in IRIS feel empowered to take control of their lives. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling to warmer climates.

Stefanie Chase
I have worked in prevocational and supported employment and the social service field with a variety of different populations. This employment prior to TMG gave me experience in case management and long-term care. I assist people participating in the IRIS Program to 'clear the path ahead' by providing them with the necessary tools, resources and guidance to help with goal/outcome completion. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is the relationships, which are created through the partnership. I also enjoy the ability to provide resource information to the individuals I partner within in the IRIS Program. When I'm not working, I love photography, painting, antiquing and thrifting.

Stefanie Hegemann
Prior to working at TMG, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant Special Education Teacher at the high school level; therefore, I have experience working with individuals with cognitive disabilities and youth in transition. I like working at TMG because I enjoy helping the people I am partnering with obtain the resources they need to live their best life. In my free time, I work in my vegetable garden, go antique and craft shopping, and take adventures with my family.

Stephanie Arntsen
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked in many different positions in the long-term care field. I have 25 years of experience working with families to access resources in their area, which include residential planning, providers and services. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family, play guitar, cook and collect records. I have even toyed with the idea of opening my own record store, restaurant or a food truck! I am interested in history and enjoy watching documentaries.

Stephanie Gayle
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent many years in the social services field helping the people I serve find the resources they need. I’ve taken these skills with me in my role as an IRIS Consultant, and I’m excited to work with you to create a plan that will help you live an independent and self-determined life. In my free time, I love being with my family, watching my son play sports, finding something great while I’m out shopping and enjoying the sights when I get to travel.

Stephanie McKinney
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a program coordinator and helped adults of various ages and abilities create individual assessments, behavior support plans and individual goals relating to their health, wellness, recreation and community integration outings. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting people and building meaningful relationships. My hobbies include, reading, watching classic movies and cooking.

Susan Hawkins
Prior to working at TMG, I spent 31 years managing and operating a non-profit agency that served people with cognitive and physical disabilities, including those with multiple sclerosis, as well as older adults. I have experience in behavioral management, working with older adults on end of life issues and assisting people with physical challenges. I find my work rewarding because I get to empower others to create meaning in their lives. My interests include natural health and nutrition and running or snowshoeing 5K races.

Susan Shepardson
Prior to joining TMG, I’ve had a long and rich 30-plus year career as a caseworker helping people with disabilities and older adults. I have a lot of experience navigating Medicaid waiver programs. As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I love building relationships with the people I partner with and helping them find ways to achieve their goals. Outside of work, I have a lot of interests, including spending time with my family and my dog, baking, exploring the Northwoods, and cheering on the Packers!

Susie Peters
Prior to coming to TMG, I continued my Occupational Therapy degree to receive a Dementia Specialization for Educating Individuals and Families, therefore, I have experience with people living with developmental and physical disabilities. I enjoy working with TMG because I enjoy being on the journey with individuals who are in charge of their own care, while assisting them to reach their individually identified goal. In my spare time, I enjoy container gardening, watching the birds that I invite to my plentiful bird feeders and hunting for vintage jewelry, lamps and furniture.

Talesha Hurns
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the State of Wisconsin and Milwaukee County. I have 15 years of experience helping diverse populations get the support and services they seek from Wisconsin state programs. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know individuals and learning about what makes them unique. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and traveling to new places.

Tamberlane Mah
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Targeted Case Manager and as a Program Instructor. I have extensive experience working with adults with behavioral health concerns, developmental disabilities, and traumatic brain injuries. I like working at TMG because I enjoy the creativity we are given in regards to creating a plan with the individuals I partner with in the IRIS Program. Tammy Maura
For most of my life I have worked in and around home care and long term care facilities providing care to older adults, people with developmental disabilities and people with physical disabilities. The most important thing to me as a TMG IRIS Consultant is getting to know the people I partner with. Where have they been, where are they headed and how can we best partner to get them where they want to be. It is very important to me that individuals not only survive in their homes and communities, but thrive. My hobbies include listening to a wide range of music, spending time outdoors and with my family.

Tara Miller
Prior to joining TMG, I spent five years with the Community Living Alliance in Dane County. There, I worked with adults who have physical disabilities. I love helping people live better lives, and as an IRIS Consultant, I’m excited to help you find ways to stay connected to the communities that matter to you. Outside of work, I love spending time playing outdoors with my two little boys, and traveling!

Tara Tietyen-Sowinski
Prior to working for TMG, I worked as a senior therapist and with children living with autism. Therefore, I have experience working with individuals with disabilities of all ages. I enjoy working for TMG because I like to create a tailored plan to fit each individual person and their unique situation to make sure their outcomes fit with their needs. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family.

Tatyana Saprykin
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Nurse and Personal Care Worker and have experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities, and older adults. I also managed a post-secondary school and have experience working in education. I enjoy working at TMG because I like to help others use supports and resources to achieve their goals and dreams. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, reading and taking care of my pets.

Ted Hampe
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Vocational Counselor for individuals with disabilities and as a Disability Benefits Specialist for the Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). I have extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities as well as older adults. I like working with TMG because I get to enrich the lives of others. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and looking for agates with my family.

Temeeka Mitchell
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services for 10 years. I have extensive experience working with people to help ensure they receive the benefits they need to live a better life. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting new people, determining their needs, and being able to use my knowledge and experience to aid in meeting those needs. Much of my free time is spent with my energetic three sons.

Teresa Iverson
Prior to working at TMG, I worked 15 years in adult family homes serving individuals with varying disabilities. As a TMG IRIS Consultant my favorite part involves all the interesting people I meet along the way with their unique stories and experiences. It is also rewarding when there are opportunities to assist another in reaching their goals. I understand the importance for individuals to maintain their independence, make choices for themselves and reach their own personal success. In my free time I enjoy doing outdoor activities with my family like bow practice, camping and exploring the woods.

Terry Wilde
Prior to coming to TMG, I held many different positions including a Live-in Attendant, Caregiver, Case Manager, and Group Home Supervisor for troubled youth. I have experience working with individuals who are homeless, physically disabled, developmentally disabled, have mental illness, as well as older adults. What brings me the most joy as a TMG IRIS Consultant is seeing people overcome obstacles and self-direct their lives toward success. In my free time, I enjoy tending my garden, reading, and keeping up on world events.

Theresa Huss
Before working with TMG, I was a Clinical Supervisor overseeing in home Applied Behavior Analysis programming. I have experience working with people who are elderly, physically, and developmentally disabled as well as children with Autism. I like working with TMG because I love being able to collaborate with teams to think outside the box and find unique ways to help an individual reach their goals. I believe no one's path should look the same as another's because no one person is the same. Outside of work, my family enjoys hiking, geocaching, board games, and movie nights.

Theresa Post
Prior to coming to TMG, I was a family caregiver and have experience working with domestic violence, PATH planning, and the criminal justice system. My father and brother also had disabilities so I have personal experience with long-term supports. I find my work rewarding because I get to help individuals participating in the IRIS Program overcome obstacles and build connections in their community. In my free time, I enjoy watching movies, playing games, and volunteering at my sons' school.

Theresa Sommerfeldt
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 10 years in the human services field, where I worked with individuals from all walks of life. This experience has helped me realize that everyone has their own unique story, and I love hearing them! As a TMG IRIS Consultant, I will take the time to discover you as an individual, as well as partner with you to find the best resources to achieve your personal goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, being active outdoors, or reading non-fiction to learn something new.

Theresa Wonders-Tamez
Prior to joining TMG, I spent many years in Dane County as a support broker as well as working in a residential agency. This experience prepared me to understand how to be a good partner to the people I work with, as well as where to find available resources. My favorite part about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is that I get to help the people I partner with live self-directed lives, as well as watch them reach their goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and pets, watching movies and traveling.

Thomas Gierke
I have worked as an Executive Director for an agency that advocated for people with developmental disabilities and I have experience with vehicle modifications, assistive technology and home modifications, especially bathrooms, ramps and stair lifts. I also have nearly 25 years of experience working with the Department of Vocational Rehabilitation and employment for people with disabilities. I enjoy working at TMG because I get to use my personal experience to help others overcome their own challenges. In my free time, I enjoy doing outreach with my church.

Tia Haslem
I sit with individuals in the IRIS program and listen to their goals, once their goals are established I learn and understand what stops them from completing their goals and we establish a plan together to tackle and complete them, eliminating anything that hurts or hinders them. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is meeting with participants and establishing a great relationship with them and their caregivers. In my free time, I like to spend time with my family and friends.

Tiffany Bullocks
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for Kenosha County where I gained experience in Income Maintenance. I also worked as a Service Coordinator in an apartment complex for individuals with disabilities and older adults and have six years of experience working in Case Management with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I like working at TMG, because I enjoy seeing the growth people participating in the IRIS Program experience when they have the supports and services they need. In my free time, I love cheering on the Badgers and Packers and going to Milwaukee Brewer games.

Tiffany Villiard
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Certified HUD Occupancy Specialist and have knowledge and experience with low-income subsidized housing. In my role as a TMG IRIS Consultant I first like to get to know you, so I am able to learn about the things that are most important to you in your life in order to develop goals. After we establish what your goals are, we then work together to create a meaningful plan. I enjoy seeing individuals become empowered by self-directing and being in control of their supports and services. In my free time I enjoy relaxing with a book, watching documentaries and crime shows, and putting puzzles together.

Tim Karol
Before joining TMG, I worked as a long-term support coordinator, a case manager and managed an adult day program. I have worked with individuals with both developmental and physical disabilities, along with people who have mental health needs and long-term medical care needs. This work has prepared me to be a great partner with you. I enjoy being an TMG IRIS Consultant because I get to work directly with you as we find ways to reach your goals. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my family, playing sports, or traveling!

Tina Schwagel
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a nursing assistant, an in-home supportive and personal care giver, and a social work care manager for almost 20 years. I have extensive experience working with older adults and individuals with disabilities. I like working at TMG because I have the opportunity to interact with individuals of all ages and cultures. In my free time, I enjoy being an active mom, spending time outside, interacting with nature and shopping.

T'Kea McClendon
Before coming to TMG, I worked as a Case Manager for a year which has given me a great deal of knowledge about the resources in the community. I have been volunteering for 10 years with a variety of populations including people with mental health diagnoses, older adults, military service men and women, and children, which has allowed me to become very well-versed with an abundance of cultures. I like working for TMG because I enjoy being able to partner with the people in IRIS while they lead the way and set goals. It is really empowering to see them continue to be independent. Outside of work, I like to find and try new recipes and watch movies with my family.

Tracy Badura
Prior to coming to TMG, I spent 10 years at the Easter Seals Southeast Wisconsin Workforce Training Center, helping people find work within their community. This experience, as well as my work with long-term programming for both adults and children, have given me great resources to share with you. I love partnering with people and helping them find ways to become more independent in their community. Together, we will work to create a plan that will help you achieve your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, as well as reading and traveling.

Travis Wick
I think the biggest thing I can do as a TMG IRIS Consultant to clear the path ahead is listen. Every day I am a part of someone's hopes and dreams and efforts to live a meaningful life. Seven years ago I was blessed with the birth of my first of two sons who was later diagnosed with autism. Finding the supports and services needed for my son was challenging. I quickly became devoted to putting myself in a position to make the journey to acquire needed services and supports for others as my personal mission. In my free time I enjoy going out into nature with family and friends. Additionally, I am a wood carver and have held world champion titles for both bird and fish carving.

Ursula Volk
After my grandson's brain surgery left him with a disability, I cared for him on a daily basis for an extended period of time. This gives me extensive hands-on experience of being a caregiver for an individual with a disability. I enjoy being a TMG IRIS Consultant because it allows me to build relationships with the individuals I partner with and getting to know their families. It is rewarding when I can help individuals reach their goals and live a fulfilling life. In my free time I enjoy having my family and friends over, celebrating special occasions, reading and gardening.

Valerie Nelson
Before joining TMG, I spent 18 years in the social services field, working with both children and adults. I have training and certification in a wide variety of areas, including non-violent crisis intervention, mental health issues and substance abuse, and community building. These experiences have prepared me to truly partner with you. I am excited to get to know you and share the many wonderful resources available to you, Together, we’ll figure out how to meet your needs and reach your goals. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, going to church, catching a great play or movie, and traveling around the great state of Wisconsin.

Vicki Denning
Prior to TMG my experience included working with adults with disabilities in training and improving work skills, daily living skills and interpersonal skills. My favorite thing about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is being a positive influence in the people's lives that I partner with. To be able to fulfill TMG's mission of informing, inspiring and being innovative in partnering with our individuals in reaching their goals is very important to me. In my free time, I love spending time with family and friends, reading and watching the Packers and Badgers.

Vicki Hanks
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked with Community Care and Family Care for over 18 years. I have a massive of amount of knowledge in working with older adults, Family Care, people with disabilities, Medicaid, and Medicare qualifications. My favorite things about being a TMG IRIS Consultant are always learning something new, meeting people from all different walks of life and discovering everyone has something to contribute to this society. I enjoy movies, books, and travel as much as possible, in my free time.

Vicki Linton
Prior to working for TMG, I was a Certified Nursing Assistant providing direct hands on support to people of all ages with varying abilities as well as people in the elderly community. I enjoy working at TMG because I enjoy building partnerships to help support people in finding resources and achieve their goals. In my free time I enjoy movies, cooking and volunteering at the Humane Society, but most of all I enjoy spending time with my family.

Vlada Kleyman
Prior to joining TMG, I spent the past 20 years in a wide variety of roles, including working as a case manager and clinician for a non-profit social service agency, working as a wellness coach, and working as a psychology instructor. My training in education and wellness, as well as working with people from all walks of life, have prepared me to be a TMG IRIS Consultant who’s ready to work closely with you and help you achieve your goals. I truly believe in the power of human connection, life with integrity, and the power of knowledge, and I love working with you to help increase those areas of your life as we work together. Outside of work, I love hiking in nature, yoga, dancing the Argentine tango, spending time with friends and family, reading, movies and learning about different cultures.

Vladimir Kordonskiy
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked for a Health Care Management Company and a Home Care Agency for fifteen years. I have extensive experience with helping older adults and persons with disabilities in their home and public settings. To me, partnering means learning about you and your goals, then making an action plan you feel comfortable with to achieve them. I'm a big believer in self-directed care, because it's the path I would choose for myself and it keeps the person using services in control of the things happening around them. In my free time I enjoy traveling around United States and over the seas with my family and friends.

Wendi Zaddack
Prior to TMG, I have 20 plus year's experience partnering with people to help them navigate through the processes of life such as employment, completing paperwork, working with community agencies and federal programs. In my role at TMG I enjoy figuring out what the person I am partnering with sees as the path they choose to follow. Then we will talk about the many things that might be along that path. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and being a local hospice volunteer.

Wendy Murphy
Prior to coming to TMG, I interned at the Department of Workforce Vocational Rehabilitation specializing in job training and youth in transition. I also have 13 years of experience in social services working with special education students and individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. I enjoy working at TMG because I love partnering with individuals to help them find services to make their lives more complete. In my free time, I like to cook, attend sporting events and get involved in the community.

Whendi De Witt
Before coming to TMG, I worked for eleven years helping people living with physical/intellectual disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses to remain as independent as possible in their communities, including four years specializing in autism services. I have extensive experience in developing Medicaid-waiver service plans and budgets. Working as a martial artist instructor, and adapting my teaching methods to empower students with physical limitations, memory and hearing impairments to succeed, taught me that nothing is impossible with a team ready to work together and be creative. I enjoy working for TMG because I am passionate about not allowing labels to define the life we get to experience. Every person has gifts and talents to share and I love being in a position that allows me to help people expand their horizons and discover opportunities that allow them to live as they want. Outside of work, I enjoy being active with my family, reading and doing anything artistic. I am also very active in Girl Scouts as a troop leader, volunteer trainer, day camp volunteer and archery instructor.

Whitney Lampereur
Prior to coming to TMG I gained extensive experience with providing direct care in Day Service programs as well as service coordination. Working in direct care and providing hands-on care made me realize how passionate I am for this field of work. My favorite part of being a TMG IRIS Consultant is listening to everyone's life stories and hearing what they have to say. Helping people get the most out of their lives is so rewarding! My hobbies include exercising, being outside and spending time with family.

Yee Yang
Prior to coming to TMG, I worked as a Financial Employment Planner or Case Manager for the Eau Claire County Department of Human Services for nine years. I also worked for a home healthcare agency for seven years providing supports and services to older adults with dementia. With TMG, I partner to help people in the planning and developing of their services and supports. I like to see the people I partner with get what they need to help independently in their home and community. In my free time I like to spend quality time with my family. I love my kids and try to spend time with them and do things with them as much as I can when I'm not working.

Zumehka Johnson
Prior to working at TMG, I worked as a Social Worker for 15 years. I have experience helping adults with disabilities remain in their own home. One of my favorite things about being a TMG IRIS Consultant is watching the individuals I partner with thrive and create their own path in life. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to Chicago to visit family and friends.
